Deck Stain Brush, 9 Inch Deck Paint Brush with Threaded Handle for Extension Use, Stain Brushes for Wood, Fence, Walls and Furniture

I used the brush with an extender pile to stain a 700 square foot deck. It worked really well in applying the stain at a hood thickness and evenly. I ended up throwing it away when I was done. I thought I had washed all if the stain out of it but the brush was very stiff and not reusable. That said, I'd definitely buy it again.

I used this brush to seal my cedar deck. The bristles are very soft and flexible, they hold a good amount of sealer and get down between the narrow spaces between boards really well. Very happy with this brush, it made sealing my deck the easiest ever.

Really good brush for the price. Held up well painting very large top and bottom decks. Worked much better than I expected getting in between the boards. After cleaning, the brush is still in great shape for the next time I redo the decks.

We used these to apply stain. The brushes are great, the plastic handle is weak. Mine was connected to a long poll and the plastic cracked where it connects within minutes. Thankfully, it was still usable with the shorter rod. If I had to do it over, again, I'd still buy this. It applied the stain very evenly.

Really a great quality brush which covers a lot of surface area. Was able to cover about 1.5-2 deck boards. A cool feature which I realized is that you can screw on a standard broom handle which makes the application much easier from a standing position while making a sweeping motion as opposed to on your knees. Held onto a decent amount of paint lessening the amount of times you had to dip the brush back in.

I went shopping for the cheapest large brush I could use to seal my new deck, then just throw away. It fit the low cost criteria, but it worked so well and held up perfectly that I actually ended up cleaning it and saving it. Worked perfectly, and I wasn’t being gentle with it at all, scrubbing, pushing and forcing wood sealer into all the cracks and crevices, certainly the level of abuse I wouldn’t have attempted had I paid a lot more for it.It also came with a short screw on extension handle I wasn’t expecting, and for some odd reason they also included 3 sheets of 120 grit sand paper? No idea what they included the sand paper for but I’ll use it so not complaining.

Brush retention is too high for thick poly or stains. Be sure to use with self leveling and/or thin finishes.

soft bristles, dont think a single one broke off during entire job.perfect for oil based stain.
