Sierra Natural Science Mite Control - 1 Quart

Not concentrate, you get one measly quart sized spray bottle, enough for like 2 or 3 medium sized plants... maybe. Was initially a big fan of SNS, being organic/safe/etc. but have come to realize all their products are ridiculously overpriced when there are a dozen other products that will do the same job for like a tenth of the price. Other products such as essentria (8 Gallons for same price) or ecotrol contain the same naturally extracted botanical extracts at similar levels, for a fraction of the price. Even if the SNS product did work slightly better, which it did not in my experience, due to the nature of spraying, (ie; the likelihood the you will miss spots and have to do multiple applications to completely eradicate a pest such as spider mites or even more so with russet mites) makes using this product, especially at any kind of scale extremely cost prohibitive.

I had a spider mite problem on pepper plants and bought this because it was based on Rosemary oil. I'd spray and it would look like it was working but two days later, the mites were back all over the plant like nothing happened. Spray again, same thing, over and over, each time thinking it would eventually save the plant. It didn't, and I lost every plant, even though they were isolated from each other and continually treated. Gardening friends tell me I should have tried Azamax instead.

I thought I would never get rid of these f-iNG mites...This product WORKS. PERIOD.I ain’t paid to say this sht. It freaking works.I’m getting the concentrate next, and using it with the bottle I got first. That should be some great preventative maintenance.

The insecticidal soaps I've tried have had a very strong smell, which is not desirable in an indoor garden. I had hopes for this rosemary-based organic product, but I found that it also has a strong smell so I did not use it. Bummer.

I've had a heavy spider mite problem for the past 3 seasons and I've tried a few other products with no results. about half way through this season I applied the SNS217 heavily, a little more than 1/2 the bottle. About 10 to 12 day later I applied the rest of the bottle. That was about 3 weeks ago and the spider mites are gone. They aren't 100% gone but probably 99.5%.... IT WORKS!... Just be sure to cover the underside of the leaves with the SNS217 to the point of dripping.

This stuff does not work, sprayed it several times over several weeks and all it did was get worse. I sprayed on the leaves under the leaves and around the leaves, drenched them

Finally!! Something that is actually getting rid of Spider Mites on my plants. Will keep buying.

I am very happy with this product. We have had a really heavy spider mite, aphid infestation this spring but this product gets rid of them fast and does not damage the plants. I have used it on roses, cape honeysuckle, Mexican bird of paradise and Adenium Obesum (Desert Rose) with no damage to the plants.
