Easy to install, looks great, adds so much room
This no drill, pressure mounted shower curtain rod is so nice. I've had multiple people comment that they can't believe I broke down and actually drill mounted a shower curtain rod and they were so surprised when I showed them it was pressure mounted. It looks wonderful and is very sturdy. It also adds so much space to my shower but also doesn't feel like it takes any space from the rest of the bathroom area which is perfect. I definitely recommend if you are looking to upgrade the your shower experience!

Easy install, looks very nice.
Bought this to replace the last one from another manufacturer that had rusted (but wasn't supposed to). My other Moen fixtures have held up well, so hopeful this will too. Installed in just 10 minutes. It is somewhat lightweight, but feels sturdy. Product comes with a white wrapping on one side to protect it from damage during shipping. You have to peel that off before installing. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Solid, no drilling required, handles three towels well
We just installed a new tub that is lined with tile for our three kids. We wanted to be able to help them bathe so we didn't get glass doors. The curved shower rod was easy to install, looks classy, and can handle the weight of three thick Costco towels on it (and a plastic PVC liner) without any issues. One of the end caps (which serves to cover the hardware screws, and is mostly there as a cover/aesthetics) keeps coming loose but I am mostly satisfied with this purchase because it serves its purpose. We are using the Amazon plastic PVC clear liner and the white rings that came with it and they often get stuck when sliding back and forth along the bar where the male part of the rod goes into the female part of the rod. Not a huge deal ... we'll be using those metal double rolling shower curtain rings when the kids are older and we have a real curtain on the outside of the liner.

Great looking, reasonable price, great performance
We bought the Moen tension shower curtain rod. I was attracted to the tension rod as we had just remodeled our bathroom with some really beautiful tiles that I did not want to drill into to mount a conventional shower rod. The Moen tension shower curtain rod came nicely packaged and was easy to install. The two halves do have a joint and sometimes the curtain rings tend to snag on the middle but given the limitations of the curved shape and the need to pack it in a small footprint this seemed to be the only option for something that was 5' long. With the right thick rings this should not be a problem. The chrome plating is high quality and the style blends in with the other polished chrome fittings we have in the bathroom. We do have a powerful exhaust and our bathroom tends to be dry very quickly after a shower. We were able to install this rod in less than half an hour if not significantly shorter in time! The instructions were clear. Make sure that your measurements are accurate before tightening the tension as the rod is a press fit against the side walls of the shower enclosure and accurate measurements prevent a crooked shower curtain.

Maximum Space with Minimal Effort!
I've got a smallish tub/shower combination and I rent my home. I wanted a spa feel with my limited space and I didn't want to have to drill any holes in the walls so I purchased this tension rod hoping that it wouldn't let me down...and it hasn't!The instructions weren't entirely intuitive and the QR code didn't link to an active page with a video tutorial as promised in the instructions which was disappointing :( but I took my time studying the pieces and comparing them to the illustrations so that I could more logically follow the instructions and it worked. :D Just take your time to study the illustrations before you attempt to install and you'll be in spa business in no time!

How unbelievably SAD
I have a STANDARD 5-foot tub installed between walls JUST wide enough to fit the tub. Extended as far as it can go, it's too short. I shimmed both sides and it's barely hanging on. I DID extend the screw end and still had to mount it on the shower surround instead of the wall - I needed the extra 1/8 inch to keep it up.The very large "decorative" caps mean that your shower curtain doesn't go anywhere near the wall. This is fine if I wasn't trying to hide the old shower insert which might have worked if Moen made the rod 1/2" longer with the 3/4" adjusting screw but they chose to save $.08 per rod and skimp on the size.. FULLY extended and shimmed, it's barely hanging on in a space 5' 1/8".It is also nearly impossible to hang without two people unless you're using it for a very small space. You have to keep one side in place while turning an extension knob on the other side to tighten.NOTE: I was trying to find a "no screw" rod because one wall is cinder block with a tiny space between the sheetrock and the cinder which makes screwing things in more difficult. I can't seem to find a larger one without screws but assumed a 5-foot rod would mount in a space 5' 1/8" wide.

Perfect DIY product!
Like some indicated, had some trouble snapping one of the covers. Instructions from Moen weren't the clearest but figured it out. The rubber Ring inside the covers needs to be properly aligned and the tension rod can't be at the Max otherwise it won't reach and won't snap. Got a great deal on it from Amazon warehouse probably because the person who purchased it before me gave up.Looks good, does what it is supposed to do. Holds firmly. The plastic gasket you need to place at the joint bridges the gap between the two rods perfectly so the shower curtain can slide smoothly. That little plastic ring is easy to overlook if you don't know what you are doing. Probably best to take your time, look at all the parts and be two to install it. Great deal, good product, provides the extra 6 inches inside the shower, adjustable, no need to drill the tiles, looks good, thumbs up! 👍

Nice curved tension rod
Nice curved adjustable tension shower curtain rod. Really simple to install without having to drill anything into the wall. The Rod uses tension to hang and is pretty sturdy once installed. The only two minor issues we had was: 1. The end covers are pretty large and bulky. Although they look nice and do a good job covering the part that attaches the rod to the wall (which is plastic and not very pretty) the shower curtain rings can’t really be pushed right up to the wall because it can’t fully get over the end cover. This leaves about a 2inch gap between curtain and wall on both ends when fully closed especially at the top (you can pull the curtain closer to the wall the further from the top you get. We didn’t really find this to be a major issue With water getting out but would feel better if the shower curtain could get slightly closer to the wall. 2. The rod is adjustable and the adjustment holes are in the middle of the rod so really visible when the curtain is open. Not sure if this is standard with all tension rods but would much prefer the adjustment to be off to either side. Either way still very happy with it and if those two things don’t bother you You will be happy with the purchase.

This is a good alternative to permanent mounting
Quite strong certainly much stronger than I thought it would be Glad I made the choice as I thought it might be flimsy but certainly isn't

Easy to install
I just finished installing this curved shower rod. I must say: I am impressed. I (57F) was able to do it in 5 mins, alone, with arthritic hands! Pro tip: make sure to use a level before the final tightening.Moen is to be commanded for manufacturing such well made objects. Also, it looks really good!
