loved it, pretty handy working on extending the range of movement

I've been doing flexibility exercises for my hamstrings, in order to do the splits at some point in life... these are super helpful to push your legs further in to your stretches. I used to use a towel before but this gives me a lot more control - if you're consistent with your stretches, this is worth investing in!

First off - I am a huge Adidas fan.I bought this belt for some physiotherapy stretches.The belt itself is more than long enough and of sturdy material.My only gripe is the belt loosens when applying pressure against the buckle.. I have mitigated this by tying a loop around the buckle with the excess material.
