I've been using it for 2 weeks and notice a lot of improvements, better nights sleep for sure, fingers are again working with out numbness, as I said just 2 weeks in but worth the money in so many ways

Really well built product. Medical grade materials. my condition was bad enough that I needed surgery, but I could really see how this may work wonders for some people.

I ordered this item a couple years ago when my carpal tunnel syndrome was at it's worst. I had constant pain and tingling in both hands running up my forearms and had resorted to wrapping them to keep my movement limited. I felt like my wrists were on fire, the pain keeping me awake every night.I looked at every possible option, had tried a dozen other devices without relief prior to breaking down and spending over $100 on the c-trac device. I had a little hope after reading the information on how it works: traction.Basically this thing spreads your carpal bones slowly apart by repetitive use. This means the nerve causing the pain should no longer be filling that space, and the inflammation goes down.Does it work! Yes!! It absolutely does work. You have to use it repetitively and consistently and at first you think it's making your wrist(s) worse. This is because it's slowly changing the carpal tunnel, widening it.It hurts, especially after a few days of use. Then you start feeling a tingling sensation, not that awful painful kind anymore but a relieving one. It feels like your wrist is "loosening". The discomfort caused by the device will continue until you regain full use of your wrist/hand and at that point I found I only need the device once a week or so... Just to make sure I don't regress.This is seriously a life saver. Stick with it, continue using it even when it causes soreness, and you won't be sorry. I paid full price for this thing and am not connected to the maker, I just wanted to post my review after seeing some have complained and quit using it after a very short time.
