Useless product. It fall off and broke after just 3 hrs of installation as per instructions on package. I should get refund on this.

The suction/sticky ends of the holder constantly fall off no matter where I try and secure it.

Practical, easy to install and looks nice, with a nice price tag!

Very happy with the product. Works great! We place it on the wall tiles, so far it hasn't fallen not even once.

These were easy to fit but beware they stick tight! Make sure you get it in the right position before you stick it on! Once in place they like to stay there. Hold heavy towels too although ours are used for hand towels only, I recommend them for tiles especially if you don’t want to drill holes.

I am not a fan of vacuum suction things, because invariable they fall off. However, this towel holder was put up in August 2020 and 5 months later it is still solidly stuck to the wall. It also looks fab. I would recommend. It is a good size and will hold a bath towel, but not a bath sheet.

This item took multiple attempts to fix and stay, and didn’t come with instructions. So you need to unscrew before tying to affix, put in place, then screw to make the suction string enough to stick.Now that it is properly in place, a good solid item.

As long as you're not dumb and try to stick this to a wall, this thing works perfectly. But yeah, only on perfectly smooth surfaces such as glass or tile. It's pricier than I would've expected but it's well-made and I don't have any regrets.

Unfortunately I did not try this item until it was past the time I would be able to return it, but it does not stick to the tile, it has been a complete waste of money for me
