The size of this belt os really good and it helps alot with sweating while walking or working h out. The material is also soft and I don't feel any irritation on my skin while wearing it.

This is the sauna waist belt that I use for jogging and a great sweat around my core. Nice and long and wide for a good secure wrap. Have had mine for many years and the Velcro is still strong and adhesive.

Very comfy to wear while doing any workout. I use it when using my weighted hula hoop. Absolutely fantastic. Hoping to see some results soon
