**Q: What about the accessories to finish building this?  I don't see any list of motors or electronics.**
A: it is just the frame but you can get tarot motors for the build I put Arris Opto esc with DJI Naza v2 flight controller on it there are endless products you can put on this

**Q: Whats the max weight it can carry?**
A: What do you mean?  The useable load is going to depend on the motors/props used.  It could probably hold 50 lbs/22.7 kg but it won't matter if the motors are not powerful enough to lift it.
