Extremely satisfied!My hair never felt or looked better! Used to be frizzy and tangle in the back and that's no longer a problem. I haven't straightened my hair for a very long time and i love, love it! I don't want to give you the wrong impression that this will straighten your hair to look like a flat iron would because it doesn't but it sure helps making wavy hair look less messy.

I usually don't have good luck with masques, and I thought I was buying Potion 9, not a masque.(Completely my error) Since I already had it, I went ahead and used. It is really great! Lees tangles,softer hair, and it smells good. I will probably continue to use this (accidental) purchase, and will probably buy more when I run out.

Hands down the best hair reconstruction ever.. So I was extremely stressed out bc I went to a hair salon and she blowed dried my hair wet. BTW I have thin curly hair.. she burnt my hair sooooo bad. everytime I washed my hair I had a full hand full of hair.. My co worker has beautiful long thick hair. I told her my issue and she advise penetraitt... ive been using it for 2 weeks and I just washed my hair last night and I literally loss like 20 hairs max... I have been staying away from heat ... wash my hair with onion shampoo... then apply penetraitt for like 2 hours then wash it off.. let it air dry and comb it and style with a little more penetraitt.. fast delivery amazing product will def buy more.

This has repaired my over-permed hair with its frizziness and dryness to the point where I can hardly believe it's my hair. I love it and use it almost every week, even tho my salon said every other week was sufficient. I don't like the way my hair feels when I don't use it, so every week it is. It has really helped my hair.

I love this product I have tried many deep conditioning treatments and this one has been my favorite we used while I was going to beauty school and I've seen many satisfied faces with alot of heat and color to my hair I noticed I was loosing my curls so I bought this and a blow dryer cap I've noticed progress I also use it on my husband's dreads to keep them nice and hydrated worth it !!

This conditioner is awesome I have long wavy hair and when it gets tangled it's really hard to comb through. I was always worried that I was losing to much hair when combing it out until now love love this conditioner it works awesome I can see the difference when I comb my hair not even half of the hair that used to come out is coming out love it .

LOVE this. I have been getting a lot of compliments everyday that I have used it. My boyfriend also said my hair looked lovely. ( so that's a plus) haha. Makes my bleached hair look soft and less damaged, since I haven't had a haircut in three months. I use this and then do shampoo and conditioner afterwards. Do not use only this product, otherwise your hair will look slicked back and greasy. Always use with shampoo at least.

Love the product itself, maybe the best I have ever used. That said, the pump doesn't work. It's awful and extremely annoying because I have to unscrew the top and get it out, which because of how thick it is, is not an easy or pleasant task while showering.
