Caddy Clean ST100220 Lightweight Dual Head Battery Scrubber, 12VDC, 400 rpm Speed

I purchased this product to scrub extremely filthy floor tile. First, the tank did not come with my purchase (stated as included with the product). Second, it it did not get the tile as clean as I had wanted. Quite possibly it would have done better with the solution tank. It does ok in other areas. Just be careful on all surfaces as to not ruin the finish.

I just received my Caddy Clean floor scrubber, which I was so excited to get. I had a multitude of uses for it including tiled shower floors, our kitchen floor, and spa cover and surrounding area. When I opened the box it looked like everything was just thrown in there, almost like it was previously returned by a customer. The wing nut wasn't in the box so I could not connect the handle to the scrubber head. The plastic accessories box was extraordinarily cheap and was cracked. There was a bag of white, red, blue, green and black scrubbing pads but no buffing pads and no bristle scrubbers, which were the main reason I purchased this. The entire unit, including the way it was packaged, looks cheap and for the amount they charge for this I would expect far more. I am truly disappointed and will be returning the unit. I will also be following up with a letter to the mfr as this machine should be really great for $363. The unit that I received looked like a $150 machine at best. My Makita drill was packed better than this.

Once charged our of the box our Caddy Clean"s battery pack did not last the 2 to 3 hours as advertised. It lasted 10 minutes.We spoke with Speedy Sweep the firm selling it through Amazon. They gave us Bissell Corporation for warranty. Bissell sent us another battery pack in 7 days. The second charged battery pack lasted only 30 minutes. We are returning the Caddy Clean unit. Bissel told us this product comes from Germany and is distributed through the United States by various companies and Bissell cares for all the warranty issues. Unfortunately Bissell has found much of the inventory is old and questionable. Even some of their warranty parts.

Lots of power/torque and very long battery life. Fast rotation of the two scrubbing brushes (or polishing pads) makes quick work of the worst / dirtiest areas.Used the included blue bristle brushes to clean a long neglected shower floor, then used the soft white brushes to clean the soap scum off the shower glass doors.Used soft scrub on the floor, and scrubbing bubbles on the glass.Great for tile floors too.BTW - I donated the scum buster

The unit was poorly packed, which I could have accepted, but there were NO brushes or pads included. The unit looked like it should have sold for maybe $150 - $200, not the $362 I paid. Since there were no brushed, I cannot tell you how the unit actually performs. But after inspection, my perception of the units quality and the disappointment of missing parts, I decided to return it.

I had to return, It does not come with the brushes.
