This mouth guard seriously impressed me. It was easy to mold to my teeth—just follow the simple instructions, and it fits like a glove. Super snug without feeling bulky, and it actually stays in place while I sleep or train.Whether you're using it for grinding at night or for sports, it offers solid protection without that uncomfortable, oversized feel. I’ve tried a few before, and this one is by far the most comfortable.It even comes with a case, which is a nice bonus. Durable, easy to clean, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. Highly recommend!

Nothing complicated about the fitting process. It's been the same process for fitted mouth guards since I was in youth football (I'm 49 today). Once you've completed the fitting and trimmed the excess, it fits great every single time. I never have to worry about this coming loose, and it's pretty low profile, so I don't feel like I have a mouthful of plastic (looking at you Shock Doctor). I can breathe and talk easily with this in. So far, it has provided more than ample protection while sparring MMA. I will buy again if I ever need a new one. OR, I may just order a couple different colors to change it up from time to time. Really pleased with this.

I bought 2 other brands but I keep coming back to this one. It actually stays in place and is comfortable. Used for grapping, wrestling, bjj, karate. Great mouth gaurd.

When I first received it, I thought it was a youth mouth guard given the small size. I followed the instructions and molded it to my teeth. The mouthpiece actually expanded and I must say, is one of the most comfortable mouth guards I have had. I use this only for low level MT training. I have a custom mouth guard currently being made. For general low level impact training or just to get used to training while wearing a mouthpiece, I highly recommend this one. Extremely comfortable.

This mouth guard fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear. It comes with instructions of how to mould it to make a perfect fit for you. It’s also easy to clean and maintain.Plastic box for storage is included.I got mine for Muay Thai / MMA. The mouthguard is fine. It molds well and as everyone has warned, do not bite down hard during fitment. That being said, I think I may have too wide-set of upper teeth because after following instructions (and re-fitment) the guard would not sit tight on my back teeth which caused the guard to slip out of place. Many probably won't run into this problem but if you've got a bigger set of teeth, may want to find a better fit.

This is a very comfortable mouthguard. Soft and flexible. I use it when I spar at the gym. I have a bad habit of biting mouthguard pretty hard when I spar, so I used to have a slight pain on my chin after sparring. But I don't feel any pain after I start to use this one. I guess because it is very soft and well fit. Like many reviewers say, it is a bit small. It is actually a little bigger than youth mouthpiece that I have. So, if you are a big guy who's looking for a mouthguard that could cover your entire teeth, then it will be small. Otherwise, it is very good and comfortable mouthpiece compared to the price.
