serve its purpose
reduce the joint pain, downside is a little bit itchy if the tape has been wear for more than 24 hours. it also hold tight especially if you will put compression socks over it. I could have give a 5 start rating if no itchiness after 24 hours.

Glue are very bad.
The moment you sweat it's coming loose..... and after removing the tape all glue stay on you which is painful to remove.......
