OK for Chris Christie
These slacks are cut WAY too big. Not so much the waist or length. I'm talking about everything from the waist down. Maybe it's some style I'm not aware of but the pants are way too "roomy" (you could put two legs into each) and the front/back is the same, almost a parachute. Good material and good workmanship, but the amount of tailoring needed makes the sizing a dis-qualifier.

Super-baggy
These trousers aren't semi-baggy; they're 'super-baggy'. I returned the item because this style doesn't suit me, but people who like to wear their trousers above their navels will probably like them. The fabric seems a decent quality: super thin wool, probably excellent for warm days.
