Update: the company did reach out to my apologizing and refunded my money. They said they are working on a solution.For paying $30 for a gift and then the recipient not being able to even enjoy the nuts, this was one of the worst purchases on Amazon. They arrived and every flavor tasted old and stale. They tasted expired and now I cannot return the nuts or get my money back. We had to throw them out due to how bad they tasted.

Gifting this item is problematic due to non-removeable greasy fingerprints and waxey sludge-like thick smear that didn't smell like food. This makes for poor and possibly unsafe presentation of a food product. Plus, the ad said "eligible for returns or exchanges" but Amazon return link said "not eligible for returns" when I attempted an exchange. For the money, I would expect a sanitary product and better customer service. I can't attest to taste of product since it's to be given as a gift.

Wished that I had known it would not be in a separate box for delivery. The tracking stickers were all over tha box and since this was for my boss I wanted packaging around the nuts. I'm sure the nuts are delicious but packaging should be more gift friendly.

I liked how quick easy and delicious the whole ordering and delivery process was. Affordable and delicious.

My hubby, loved his nut birthday gift.The only complaint, I have is, the Pecans have something on them.I thought the nuts were plain.It’s not a sweet taste. He couldn’t explain the flavor, just didn’t like the flavor!

Dry fruits smelled and found rancid. What is shown to be on sale is not actually sold to the customer. Please see and compare photos in advertisement and actual product received. This is not replaceable r returnable. Loss of money. I feel cheated.
