I made the mistake of buying this pillow on impulse when it was a lightening deal. I should have really dug deep into the reviews first and paid attention. Had I done so, I would have realized that most of the high ratings were from giveaway (incentive) samples rather than customers who have actually owned and used this pillow for a substantial length of time.After almost a month, I absolutely hate this thing. It does inflate in the dryer and has relatively little odor, but that's where the positive points end. The foam has no give. It's so thick and solid that it just doesn't move when you lay your head on it - sleeping on your side is like propping your head on a shelf at an angle. For several nights I thought it just needed time to break in, but I was tossing and waking up with aches & pain in my neck and shoulders.Even the dogs avoid this pillow! It's just too thick and hard. I'm going back to my Z by Malouf shredded Talay latex pillows - they cost more, but they are worth every penny and I have never had one give me a sore neck.

I had to cut and take out some of the memory foam because it was too stiff. After I took out the right amount, the pillow was so comfortable. I am a side sleeper, so it supports my neck enough where my spine is aligned and I don't wake up with a stiff neck.CONS:Product handling. The first time I ordered this pillow, they sent me a tiny airplane neck pillow and completely got my order wrong. I had to return and order AGAIN. The second time they sent it to me, it was the correct Memory foam pillow.I ordered a SECOND pillow for my brother and they sent me a defective pillow. It was only half-filled with memory foam, so it was completely flat (about 1 inch thick). I had to return this pillow AGAIN because they gave me a defective pillow. I am ordering it one more time to see if they will get it right because it is a wonderful pillow, but they are just terrible at sending the right product.

These pillows are monsters! They fluffed up within a few minutes, no odors, and the zippered covers are slick and soft. These are great for side sleepers but not back sleepers, they are incredibly thick and of a medium firmness. They are super comfortable if you like a pillow that provides a moderate amount of support. I have spinal stenosis at C5 & C6, I expected to be sore from a new pillow the next morning, but I woke up refreshed and feeling great. I definitely recommend these pillows!

I bought one a few months ago for my husband and fell in love with it! It was nice and and big, squishy but still a little firm. I loved it so much that I kept sneaking onto his pillow in my sleep, and he finally demanded I just buy myself one. So I did! I noticed the price dropped, thought wow what a deal, I would have paid more... Sadly, the second pillow is a pathetic imitation of the first. After properly fluffing it, and waiting two days out of hope, it is still flat and lumpy. Returning. Not buying that again. So disappointing!!

I think pillow preferences are pretty subjective, so saying things like "too firm" or "too soft" are kindof meaningless, but I will tell you what I like about this pillow. It is effortlessly comfortable, and best of all, stays comfortable. You can smoosh it into juuuust the right position, AND IT STAYS THERE-- not like down pillows that sink down and you have to readjust every 20 minutes. I can't stand a flat pillow, and I like mine pretty firm. Coming out of the box this looked so flat, I thought there was no way. But then it poofs up just like magic, so that was pretty fun. But then it felt so soft, I was sure it wouldn't be firm enough, but I was wrong. It was just perfect, and I absolutely love it!

This is a nice, soft pillow that still has way more support than a traditional pillow. I have tried a few different shredded memory foam pillows and while this is probably one of the better ones, I prefer them to be a little more firm. This of course is all personal preference. The ones I like the best, most other people would probably consider to be too heavy and too hard. I have also had them that were terribly flat and unsupported. This pillow probably fits somewhere in the middle so may well be the perfect pillow for many people. It is super soft and has decent loft but just a little too soft to be perfect for me. Overall though, it is a good pillow and will be appreciated by my house guests.

Best pillow I have ever slept on!! Conforms to your head and your neck feels aligned. I absolutely love it!Update: I purchased 3 more of these pillows weeks after I purchased my first 2 pillows. The 1st 2 I bought were perfect, full and firm. The other 3 I purchased about 3 weeks later were only about 1/2 full of the shredded memory foam. I wrote the company and they sent another pillow that was only half filled. I was so pleased with the 1st 2 that I bought the other 3 for my family...I am so disappointed in the quality of the last. 3 pillows I bought.

This pillow appears to be a good deal. One really nice extra is that it includes a zippered washable outer cover of decent quality. Would probably pay 5-10 dollars for that at a local store such as BB and Beyond or Wally World. As far as comfort goes, it will take me a while to get used to the loft, because my previous pillow, a down/feather mix which has been leaking feathers for years, due to the low thread count cover (note that, folks. I like down pillows, but get a high thread count cover, so the feathers don't work their way through. They will if you don't.), doesn't have enough loft. This memory foam pillow is quite tall and firm compared to that, but I'm confident I will adjust to it.It did have a bit of that artificial filling odor to it, but I did what others have suggested, hung it on the clothes line for a day and let it air out, and the odor is mostly gone now. These pillows require patience. No, I am not referring to the 4 hours it'll take after removing it from the packaging to "swell up". Patience because you will find yourself returing MULTIPLE orders until you find the "right one". My first order was for 2 pillows. One was incredible, a perfect 5 star rating if I was just writing a review for that one pillow. The other pillow however, was flat and did not even inflate to half the size of the other. Had I not recieved a "perfect" pillow in my first order I would have never bought these again. But seeing what it could be quickly prompted me to buy another in replacement of the one flat pillow. And this is why Im giving these pillows 3 stars... it took me buying, returning and replacing 5 different pillows until i found one that matched the "perfect" pillow from my first initial order. My experience is that the amount of memory foam in each is HIGHLY inconsistent. Most are flat and limp while some are full, lucious and just... perfect. If you have patience and a printer to print multiple return labels then definitely take the risk. If not, I suggest looking elsewhere for your sleeping needs.

Always been a solid foam pillow kinda guy, and this pillow has been a world of difference to my sleep quality just in three days already. Super fluffy and firm but yet forgiving and supportive. For side sleepers, the fact you can fluff it and make it feel perfect every night - makes it a no Brainer over solid foam pillows. The only annoyance is it still has a very slight smell that's slowly going away every night, but another wash and I'm sure it'll be gone for good. I've never done a review about anything before nor have I tried more expensive shredded foam pillows, but this has been already such a good purchase that I had to share. Buy it, fluff it, wash the case with some scent boosters, and enjoy the wicked sleep. Goodnight yall. Zzzzzzz

I bought this pillow sight unseen trigger points in my trapezius flared up that was likely caused by my older, and too high, pillows. From the minute I put it on the bed it's been perfect for me, and am regretting not switching to this style of pillow years ago. Will be ordering a second one for sure.

Probably the best purchase I've made on Amazon.Pros:- Right amount of firmness/softness- Stay cool easily- Has easily become my favorite sleeping pillow.Cons:- Longer than I expected, makes it kind of hard to maneuver, I kind of knock it against everything when adjusting it to the right angle.- Eventually the foam seems get displaced to the back of the pillow, so it needs to be flipped. (You can't re adjust the foam by hand, only needs to be flipped every three days though)

Maybe this product is a hit or miss. I read the reviews, a lot were positive and a few negative.Still, I decided to plunge and try it. It's not that expensive.I sleep on my back and on the side, si I need a pillow that provides good support but not to firm (while on the back) and just enough softness (for the side).This came, as planned, rolled in the transport bag. It's nicely packed and done. But, I removed it and did what was suggested in the instructions, still I had the feeling there was foam missing in there. Nice cover, solid, clean, but almost like a bag of chips... a lot of air.I tried to sleep on it after some time, and no. Not enough memory foam in there and I was touching my mattress.Not good. Got returned.

Product was not as advertised. It does not look like the preview picture at all, but does look like the pictures within the ad. It was also advertised as 'customizable', as most shredded memory foam pillows allow you to remove some of the shredding to lower the pillows level, I believed this one would be the same. All the sides are sewn and I would have to cut the pillow to remove some of the foam. The pillow is far overstuffed, and I've woken up with a sore neck the past few days. The pillow is also a bit longer than a standard queen, and does not fit well in my queen sized pillow cases without bunching up. Definitely do NOT buy if you want a pillow you can adjust and customize.

Update Aug 2018: I own 4 of these now, have bought a few as gifts and just bought 3 more because there was a crazy sale. My whole family loves them and I use them for guests too.One thing I noticed- what you do with the pillow immediately after opening it determines its shape permanently. Mine and my husband's pillow are on the flatter side, which is what we want, because we slept on them pretty much right away. My son's is a little bit puffier because he didn't and one of them was a fail for us because we open the packaging and wrapped it in wrapping paper for my little girl and it filled with so much air by the time Christmas came a month later that it's just been too big ever since for anyone. The only time it was useful was when I was pregnant as a side pillow to hug. So if you buy this pillow start using it when it gets to the right size.I assume this is where the mixed reviews are coming from on some people saying they're flat and some people saying they're too big and some are saying they're just right.Original: I was skeptical at first but after a few days it's seeming better and better. My husband absolutely loves it. Said gives him a far better night sleep. Helps with neck and back pain.

I LOVE this pillow! The very first morning that I woke up after sleeping with this pillow, my neck felt better than it had in months! It is so comfortable, and really forms to hug your head/neck, giving just the right amount of support. N.B.: I am a side sleeper. I think this pillow would also be comfortable for a back sleeper, but I can't imagine it working for a stomach sleeper as it is quite full (high).

I ordered this exact pillow over a month ago. Have been using it nightly. I have been very pleased with it. I am used to sleeping on down feather pillows, but thought with the new bed, I would try a new pillow. Feeling quite confident, I ordered the same one over again. I was so pleased when it arrived, I opened the confined storeage bag, put in up on my bed... went about my business and waited for it to return to proper size. Well... it didn't change, at all, all lumpy and flat. I am, as I stated disappointed. I usually have very good luck with purchasing through Amazon.

This is my first memory foam pillow. When I first purchased it, I found it to be very high. Over time the shredded foam has just compacted to be a mid rise rock of a pillow. I find myself waking up with a headache from sleeping on such an uncomfortable surface. The shredded foam has moulded the pillow to a lumpy mess over the last year. If you like firmer pillows this is for you. But if you’re looking for a memory foam pillow to mould to your noggin long term I would suggest to look elsewhere.On the upside, the pillow case is SUPER soft.Also do not put in the dryer after washing. I demolished my boyfriend’s pillow and bought him a nice new one. Too bad I didn’t put mine in the dryer at the same time.

Received this yesterday and slept on it last night. There’s definitely a difference between this memory foam pillow and my old ones that are just stuffed with cotton (I think?).No neck pain and super comfortable. Only reason why this isn’t getting the full five stars is because it’s not as plump/full as I would have hoped. I still need to fold it in half to get the proper neck support I need.Otherwise this pillow is great!

WAAAAAY To fluffy, If you are a side sleeper these pillows are amazing! But if you sleep on your back you are in for a world of pain!My neck hurts so much from these pillows I gave them to my girlfriend (side sleeper) and she loves them.

I have tried a dozen different pillows over the past few years and always had to double them up to get the thickness I needed. This pillow works better than the others for a larger-framed side sleeper like me who needs a higher profile (thicker) pillow to prevent a sore neck every morning.Amazon also sells the Beautyrest Extra Firm for Back & Side Sleeper pillow which also works well for me but is a little more expensive. Give it a try if the MemorySoft doesn't suit you.

This is the worst pillow I have ever purchased ...came rolled up and when taken out of packaging we thought it would puff up but it didn't...gave it a week and still completely flat. It feels like the insides are empty. Such a waste of money and cant even sleep on it it's as flat as a blanket ....where are the shredded pieces that are suppose to puff it up? This pillow is trash it is more like a rectangle flat hollow piece of foam

Been nearly a year and its a very good comfortable and dense pillowThe only downside is that it just does not seem to get along with any of my pillow cases. I toss and turn a lot when sleeping i suppose and when i wake up the pillow case is usually half off the pillow like it hates cases, so i constantly have to fix that.
