I bought a plant for my daughter & one for myself.Neither of us thought it looked like a heart in the center.I bought heart shaped plants 5 times recently, & theylooked like hearts. As a response to my dissatisfaction,I was simply told it did look like the picture. They lost acustomer. Terrible value/$. Poor customer service. Sad.

The plant arrived with nice packaging and it was healthy and cute. I was happy to find out there were two plants in the same pot it came with. I planted them separately, the second image is the comparison for one of the plant on October and December, it has been growing. October is the time I just planted it.

Very cute and healthy little cactus! It looks just like the picture. Cactus arrived when it said it would and well packaged. I would purchase again.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I ordered a Chocolate shoulder and a Panda Plant. Somehow they both came for the most part unharmed and healthy. I can’t wait to pot them.What I disliked was how it was packaged. No where in the box did it say which way was up or that there was even live plants in it. There was dirt all over the box and my plants had basically been up rooted. It also had some parts that had fallen off. Despite that they both came really good and I’m happy to add them to my family.I gave a 4 overall because they are healthy but in need of repotting. I gave a 2 for packaging for the reasons above.

Ordered this succulent with heat pack when Missouri winter weather was in the 40s to be delivered 3 days later. Mother Nature decided to send arctic air 2 days later plummeting temps to the teens. Got my plant as promised with temp 21 degrees! Opened pkg which was double boxed and plant packed in moss and crinkle paper shreds all wrapped in paper. The plant arrived beautiful and no broken leaves at all! I thought maybe tips got froze because of some darker edges but later informed that is normal coloring. This pic is 2 days after delivering and not froze at all. Would definitely recommend ordering from Fat Plant San Diego again!

Disappointed that the leaves do not look like hearts as described. The leaves look ordinary.

My cactus arrived very fast. Packaged great and the plants were in perfect condition. I am very happy with my order. I advise you to buy your plants from them. Wonderful.
