tl;dr: It works. Doesn't give me a rash or itch. Unscented. No residue.Okay, so. I have a progesterone deficiency, Polycystic ovarian syndrome (horrible plainful cysts on ovaries, like 3x cramps pain), and endometriosis (thick, painful, pass-out bad periods).Now for those who are not menopausal, here's what progesterone does for you: It tells your body it's time to end your period. If you have a serious enough deficiency your period does not stop.Ever.I am that person. I also have no insurance because I'm disabled and can't make enough money too afford it. So when I ran out of implanion (a 3-year progesterone-releasing rod in one's arm), my period would not stop. I was bleeding for four months straight, (talking serious anemia here) I needed it to end. I tried the herbs, the teas, the everything. Nothing worked till this sweet nectar of the gods.Once in the morning and once every other night, I apply it on my breasts. Any extra on my hands I put over my uterus. My period stopped after a week. If I miss a single day, I get cramps. If I miss 3 days, the freakin' period starts again. There's no way that my period stopping and this heaven-lotion is not connected. I am forgetful enough that I have accidentally tested it a few times.I also happen to have the most unreasonably sensitive skin and multiple chemical sensitivity (as part of my disability), and this doesn't set off any of them. I tried my mother's brand (she is actually menopausal) and it gave me a rash! Having a rash on your breasts is itchy and unpleasant and no one needs to subject themselves to that since Bountiful Bird is cheaper than hers!Along with the allergies and sensitivities, my body pretty much hates accepting anything I give it (another part of my disability), and as a result, most medications don't work and I get all of the worst side effects. I was scared to death this would be one of them. It's not. Zero side effects. It doesn't even hurt my bra. This majesty should not be ignored.Bountiful Bird's customer service is also DELIGHTFUL. I was sent a link to a spotify playlist for relaxation after purchasing, and the link was dead. I e-mailed them about it and they got right back to me! Search "bountiful bird" on spotify to listen for yourself. It's a great bathtime playlist. Today I also received a phone call from the customer service and they are sending me a five dollar off coupon in the mail! What a dream come true! I never want to be without this cream for the rest of my life.I understand that I sound extremely over hyped about this product. It's just boob cream, right? But put yourself in my shoes. A living hell of heavy periods for four months straight. An entire drawer of ruined panties. Wasted precious dollars on other OTC treatments that don't work. Already pinned down and suffering from my slew of other illnesses. Medicines don't work. And here comes this bio-identical lotion that just takes away all the cramps and blood from me for a reasonable price per dose. As far as I am concerned, Bountiful Bird deserves a freaking medal.

I bought this hoping it would stop my year long period. Yes, I said year. It didn't but what it did do is decrease my hair fall and speed up my metabolism. I sometimes could eat and be hungry a little ove an hour later. I have never had that happen before. That means my body was processing that food a lot faster when it used to just sit on my stomach. I was going to the bathroom a lot more as well (not in a bad way). It makes me feel a little better as well.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for this product. I looked "outside the box" for approaches to reversing bone loss when health providers finally ordered an x-ray and saw that I had 10 serious compression fractures, not just a few. I couldn't drive, and I feared laying down or getting up might be the last time I did, the pain was so severe and crippling at the time. This is just a couple months ago. I'd covered ALL the supplements related to bone issues, so looked for something else I might be missing. I'm ignoring Qigong in this discussion, because it is in it's own class altogether, and would be too much to discuss here. In particular, strengthening the back extensors and being able to breath well remain important issues as well for those wishing to prevent or dealing with compression fractures.In my search for what else I'd missed, I found two key issues to address: progesterone and alkalinity. Honestly, if they were to work, I didn't expect to see in a year or maybe ever, the improvement I have already experienced in two months. I am deeply deeply deeply grateful to Bountiful Bird for this wonderful product, and for their care to not include the unnecessary chemicals or fragrances found in other products. The other progesterone cream I ordered went in the trash.By the way, an email was sent out by bountiful bird with links to relaxing music, and I wrote back explaining my confusion in accessing it, and not knowing what Spotify was. I received such a lovely reply, and they incorporated my feedback in their revision of their email. It's lovely to be treated in such a gracious manner and have one's feedback found useful and applied.I HIGHLY recommend this product.

This product does what is expected. It goes on smooth and clear, it absorbs quickly and you feel it working. I have reordered repeatedly and any time there was a lag between orders I felt the difference. I have tried other products that claimed to do the same, but none did.

I have been using the cream for the last 8 days. at first I noticed my skin getting rather oily, and then a few days ago...pimples on my once smooth face...pimples! all over. I don't think I will be continuing this cream. I started using it because I thought it will help with fibroids (recently found out 3 weeks ago I had). then I read that the small amount prescribed for this particular cream, only makes estrogen dominance worst! I read that I am to take 100mg not the 20mg prescribed.I am so disappointed! I know longer know what to believe :(Hope this review helps someone else out before they buy :(

This caused me to lose some hair I believe so I have had to stop using it. I tried other progesterone creams before and I didn't have this problem. I am not sure why, but it might not have that effect with other people I guess. Also with other brands I was able to regulate my period, this brand however, I didn't get a period. I am not sure why the others worked well in my case, but this particular brand didn't agree with me personally I guess.
