This is like wearing a backpack, without the backpack or the lower back pressure and so on- and anyone who’s worn backpacks for long hikes knows the feeling of relief you get when you can finally put it down for the day. This posture corrector seems to work on that principle, pulling your shoulders back gently.While I was sceptical at first, I can’t deny that it feels good to take it off, in a good way. My shoulders feel better after I’ve used it, and although there is a certain ache after the first few goes when you’re not used to it, it quickly becomes familiar. The lingering feeling is like the sense you get after successful exercise, but without the exertion, and while it’s not a cheater’s way to a fit form, it does feel like it’s helped.My family also tell me that the difference in my posture when wearing it is much improved and much straighter, and I agree with them. You certainly feel more ‘formal’ when wearing it.It’s possible for one person to strap this on themselves, but it’s remarkably fiddly for somebody like myself who’s not very dexterous. If you have a family member who’ll help you put it on, you’ll get better results with it being straight, and the right tightness. Taking it off at the end of each session is much easier.It’s not as discreet as the product description might suggest. The black straps are quite prominent under thin clothing. It’s much comfier when worn over clothing than directly on the skin, so in the Summer months your choices are to either wear excessive layers to hide it, or have it fully on show for all to see- which may lead you to feel self-conscious about it.The manufacturing quality seems good, the stitching is strong and the velcro-style straps have a really good grip on them.My expectations were a little low, I’ll admit, but I was quickly sold on this posture corrector and my shoulders already feel and look better for it.

Came with instructions which suggests you to put it on before adjusting the length of both sides.[general product facts]Sturdy and soft, it has two nylon straps with Velcro at the ends to adjust the length.[personal feedback]It’s not super comfortable but fair enough for a posture correcting kit. I find it’s especially uncomfortable when you have to keep your arms down as the stripes will be bracing you tightly underneath armpits. BUT! I only intend to use it while sitting in my work chair, so it serves as a reminder to keep my back straight and shoulders back.the size would be perfect for any one who’s taller than 5ft and with a larger bone frame.I personally prefer it to be super tight so it can force my back straight, unfortunately I’m quite small just about 5 ft and even adjusted to its shortest I still feel it could be tighter.Overall it’s a nice purchase, I’d prefer to but it in person so I could try different sizes on but in the current situation this is just fine. Would recommend to people who want some external help to keep their back from chronic pain or bad posture.

Very comfortable and easy to use, as a customer assistant I'm constantly leaning over to use a checkout and I feel that it will help a great deal to stop me from slouching, pulls my shoulders in and makes me feel streighter. The reason that this only gets 4* is because I feel like it would benifit from a strap that goes along the chest area on men or under the bust on a woman as after a while it does start to ride up so I have to pull it down.Edit* after wearing it for a few days it has hel0ed me a great deal

I have been suffering from rounded shoulder and was searching for posture corrector. I tried this after careful selection. The design is good and size is suitable for people with different body size due to adjustable straps. You will immediately feel your body aligned. However, give your body sometime to adjust to it. Dont over tight it.

Simple package, instructions and a zip bag with the belt/suspenders. They are easy to put on, just getting them adjusted with velcro in the desire tension. Even if it's velcro it doesn't feel cheap, I think it will last. I was concerned that it would force the posture, making it too uncorfortable, but it doesn't, it acts as a "kind reminder" so I naturally correct the posture myself. And I can wear it under my clothes, so very discreet. My wife is already borrowing it, and even if she's much smaller, she can adjust it to her size. Recommended.

After seeing a few online, I wanted to see if it actually works,It fits very well and with the Velcro straps it’s easy to fit, me and my partner both use it and it definitely helps with posture.We found the best time to wear it was when you’re sitting down at a computer or watching telly, as we tend to slouch and hunch a lot more.It’s comfortable and it’s support is like wearing a backpack so you can’t really slouch which is great.
