When one of the best children's authors in the business teams up with one of the best illustrators in the business you just know they're going to create a masterpiece and The Giant Jumperee certainly doesn't disappoint.Oxenbury's drawings are as charming as always and the non-rhyming text actually makes for a refreshing change from Donaldson. A truly charming tale that I can see becoming a modern day classic. Five stars from my Reception class and I.

Lovely funny book, grandchildren get caught up into the story and hide under the bedclothes waiting to see who the Giant Jumperee is!

Giving this book a 4 star because I didn't fined the story Great, but lovely pictures as always i julia Donaldson books.Got it for my granddaughter but not heard if she is a fan which she usually is of her book.

Nice repetitive book with opportunity to do different voices for the different animals. Nice fun ending and beautiful illustrations.

Simple but charming approach which a four year old enjoyed despite being able to tackle more advanced books. The 'joke' ending with Mum triumphing over a naughty child as enjoyed by all.
