Cooker Exploded
One of the knobs fell off after 1 week, and the cooker then subsequently exploded throwing glass across the kitchen and living room. My wife and I were in the house, neither were hurt, thankfully. After one week of chasing the customer care team for an answer post inspection i have had no response.At this point it is unclear if it was a one off or a issue affecting the product itself. The lack of clarity at this point, is in itself highly concerning.The quality of the product was poor, the customer service and after sales support was worse.To be clear, i purchased a cooker that subsequently exploded and the customer service is worse, than a life endangering cooker. Think very carefully before buying anything from the seller. Stay safe
