Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Royal Kludge RG-987 RGB Switch Backlit [Brown Switch] [Black casing]

It types well, and it has a much more natural feel to my fingers than my Corsair Vengeance Cherry Red board. I've taken a few typing tests with both boards, and I noticed that I do better on this brown switch board than the aforementioned red board.I do question the board's quality though. It looks and feels like your everyday run of the mill keyboard plastic (not "built like a tank" which I've read about other keyboards), the brown switches are made by an unknown manufacturer to me, and when I opened the box the manual it was entirely in Japanese and nothing else. So right now I'm referring to this amazon page for instructions on how to cycle through all the colors and what not.The RGB cycling is hit or miss. Sometimes the key commands are responsive, and sometimes they are not. When the board responds to you, you can choose three color modes: breathing (solid or multicolor), rainbow scroll (basically a gradient of the colors included sliding from right to left), or off. I do wish that it had a randomized assignment of one color to one key so it looked kind of like a control panel, but you can't get everything you want for under $80.Notes: - I haven't tested things like key rollover, ghosting, or any of that - I've only used this board on two windows machines both running Windows (an Asus on 10 and a ThinkPad on 7), and it works. Not sure about OSX. - I'm new to mechanical keyboards, so I'm not sure how this compares to other brown switch boards. - I've only had this board for a day, and these are my first impressions. There hasn't really been enough time yet for me to get annoyed with something or for anything on the board to break.
