Buy this if you want to print cobwebs
I rarely leave reviews but think i should start too. Rhis is by far the worst pla i have used.I have been printing for about 5 years so not a noob and im happy to play about to dial in new things, this however is terrible. If you want be adhesion then this stuff is amazing but thats where it ends. To remove the stringing (to a level where it is actually usable but still not all gone) the temp needs to be at the lower end of the reccomended, prints then become very brittle not to mention the rpugh surface and small holes the stringing leaves when removed. Not sure if this is just the grey but keep away from it, i wont be buying again.bought 2 rolls and both are the same so cant even say it was a dud roll

Love this filament
This is the first time I've used any brand of silk filament. I've heard all sorts of stories about it's difficult to print, or it's stringy and doesn't stick to itself.I can honestly say I've not had any issues. I loaded the filament into my Prusa mk3S, selected the print and pressed go. All standard settings. It's sticks to the bed very well, almost too well as it leaves a slight residue when the print is removed, but it's easily cleaned off. The colour is very bright and shiny. Take a look at the pictures and see for your self. The gold is the EONO filament. The rose gold and red gold are a different brand. This is a jewelry box I printed for my fiance's Birthday present.I'll happily buy this filament again.

Great quality fast printing filament, prints solid and will last ages in garden!
I was asked for a load of bird feeders for friends now its getting cold, needed five off based on a design on thingiverse, i had limited time to get these done by the time someone was driving by the front gate. printed at .3 layer height, 45c pei sping plate and this sticks like glue, 50mms first layer at 220c, then 80mms at 215c to print fast. Printed base and lid at the same time on my 330x330 core xy, no stringing with just 3.2mm retract at 100mms, 140mms travel speed. Literally pinged off the bed and printed the next ones in production line. No jams, no faults, just printed fine, will use again .

Very weak and brittle
First of all let me say that I didn't expect this filament to be really strong, but it is so weak and brittle that it's useless for anything with the slightest bit of movement. Comparing the two clamps in the picture (which are test prints for part of a print and the clamp will just secure something to a shelf) you can see the difference. The white PLA has been tightened as much as you can and still didn't break. The gold filament cracked just from REMOVING THE SUPPORT!! I never even got as far as trying to tighten the clamp!I also printed a killbot mini (which is a print in place articulated model. I've printed several for the kids with other filament and they are fine, with this however it literally just fell to pieces - even with loads of supports. Just lifting it off the build plate caused it to disintegrate! I didn't bother including a photo of lots of little tiny bits of shattered print!

Hmmmm
I've been able to settle my Ender 3 v2 over the last few months to be able to print faultless PLA and TPU, but have spent 4 days fighting this one.Have tried all cura settings with same results of bad bed adhesion (magnetic bed), blobs and stringing. With each test ive replaced with another pla that print well with same settings. Was considering messaging seller this evening but decided to ramp up temps for one last try.Now getting bed adhesion at nozzle 220 and bed 80. Also noticeable smell from warm filament.Possibly either ABS or PETG, and not actually PLA.Update:The filament is printing well at 240° and 80°, so most probably wrongly labelled PETG. Seller also sells grey PETG at a cheaper price. Worth noting that the grey PETG has reviews complaining of wrong packaging.

The silk filament with good price
The media could not be loaded. Bought this silk filament with PLA+ together for printing a smart phone stand , the result is stunning, this filament was well rolled and very uniform. The optimum temperature of nozzle is 180-190 oC. Will consider other colour in future.

Looks really good, but not great bed adherence
I normally use PLA+, but I wanted some copper coloured filament to make some key rings and this was a good price and the perfect colour. I have used Eono PLA+ before which has been good and I have never had any problems with, so I hoped this would be the same. The colour of this when printed was just what I wanted, with a nice shiny copper colour. The problem though was getting this to adhere to my magnetic bed. After levelling the bed, and trying multiple hot end and bed temperature combinations, more often than not the first layer of filament would still not adhere well enough in order to get the print started. Even using the usual tricks of hairspray etc. did not help. I did eventually get everything printed, but for every successful print, there were at least two failures due to poor bed adherence (although at least as it was the first layer then it did not waste much filament).I've not tried silk PLA filament from any other brands, so it could well be that the issue is with the finish of the PLA and trying to adhere to my magnetic bed, rather than it being a problem specific to the brand. Other than the adherence problem though, it was otherwise very straightforward to use and the eventually finished products looked good.
