cannot use it for dual monitors. the 2 ports will display the same screen on both monitors you cannot choose to use them separately or independently. was looking for a convenient single cable to connect my 2 monitors but will still have to use 2 separate hdmi/USBc adapters

Works a dream. Plug and play to have two HDMI monitors connected to my usb-c laptop connection.

Hi,This piece of kit was running very well for a few months, i had the odd issue here and there of the displays not being detected but all i needed to do to resolve was to reconnect the hdmi cables or reconnect the usb/c.Today it has completely stopped working, if i connect the usb/c and go to the display settings, i can see my laptop display and then two other displays that are rapidly connecting and then disconnecting ... there's something wrong the connectivity. I connected both hdmi cables directly to my laptop and they both power on and work fine. So it's definitely a problem with the device.I managed to get a refund and am now looking for something more durable.

I am currently working from home due to covid19 and the company is rolling out new laptops. The previous laptops had VGA and HDMI connectors whereas the new one has a USB-c thunderbolt port. To use my two monitors with this I purchased this adapter. I just plugged it in and it worked! The picture's good . I recommend it to my colleagues and as a bonus was allowed to claim this as a business expense. The company had previously thought that a very expensive docking station would be needed and decided that they would not pay for that, but were happy to pay for this much cheaper device.

Works really nicely, and allows me to extend my Windows 10 laptop to two extended screens (or 3 if I use the laptop too) . Easy to set up, but follow the instructions the first time.You need a PC with HDMI alt-mode output via a USB C port for this to work.Quality seems good, and there's no lag on the screens.The included blurb says this doesn't work with Macs - only allows mirroring of 2 screens, not extending to 2 separate monitor displays.

Using an HP Zbbok at work I plugged the first monitor in and once it displayed my desk top I plugged in the second and it sprang into life too. I then displayed different apps on each screen as a test.Super product totally recommended a brilliant design.

I’ve been using this for about 6 months now to connect my Lenovo T490s to two Dell screens and it’s been brilliant. No issues with compatibility, picture quality or general performance. Great product at a reasonable price.
