Penguin Tote: I'd Rather Be Reading (White)

This tote is actually kind of an off white color, which is preferable in my opinion. The little Penguin and the quote: "I'd rather be reading" are fun. The shoulder strap is a good length, but not too long. It holds several books and has an outside pocket for anything additional. Though the outside pocket is kind of big so I wouldn't put in a cell phone or e-reader out of concern that it would fall out.It holds a decent amount and has a wide flat base allowing it to stand up when full. I haven't washed it yet, but being canvas, I figure it will do fine on a cold wash and warm dry (or even air dry).Highly recommended for lovers of books. Makes a GREAT gift.

Smaller than I expected, good quality, but not exceptional.

This is a handy little tote - not too big or too small. I really like it as a little book bag.

This is okay, kind of cute, will keep for my son's teacher. She likes reading and penguins, but it is very small.

I would always rather be reading and appreciate the bag for making nerdy statement for me. It is a slightly unusual shape - taller and more narrow than your typical tote - but I like that. The snap at the top helps to secure contents and shield them from view when needed.The material is a nice, heavy canvas that would wash well if need be and the straps are a good size for carrying heavy loads. All in all a wonderful product; I definitely recommend it.

This is a medium-sized tote. Overall, I like this tote bag but find myself wishing it was a little bigger with thicker canvas. Then I would've LOVED it instead of just liking it.

Initially I found the book slow to get going. However, I liked its interesting take on life and empathised with a lot the main character was going through. A more modern book than I usually read and difficult, somehow, to categorise, but it certainly made me think about the nature of life and friendship and was at times both absorbing and puzzling. A book for thinkers of what life actually means and the situations we find ourselves in and the difficult choices we can and cannot make. Very thought provoking.
