You just put it in microwaive for 2 mins and it stays heated on your head for 30 mins ...the only drawback is that its heavy

I'm not writing this for it to be a negative review or bash the seller but I thought if you're like me and expected this to be comforting enough to be worn for more than 10 minutes then I urge you to think again since it is extremely heavy, tight, and uncomfortable - Unless you have a toddler sized head with short to medium length hair. The seam around the elastic band is sharp and leaves your forehead with a red ring. Also, the cap arrived to me in a plastic bag with no clear instructions, brand, or name - But I guess that's what you get for this pricepoint. Happy conditioning!

A little heavy on the head, you have to heat twice for 1.5min (2mins is too hot and hurt the scalp) in you want to use it for 15mins. I still prefer the steamer type from salon, result is better.

-Heat 1mim at med-High and will last warm about 15-20 min max.-product as described-NOT suitable for very long+heavy curly nor thick hair. will fit very tight-Elastic fits very well-Good quality

I did microwave the cap and am so gratefu to find this one.

Item worked well in the beginning, after sometime the heat insulation capacity decreases and if you leave the cap in the microwave for a minute longer, the cap burns and the gel comes off!

A little bit heavy on the head but easy to use and really safe
