Easy to place and set up.
Worked great from day one. Trying to find out how to get a second basket for the upper level of the freezere.

A great buy, very minor cosmetic damage
The media could not be loaded. I need a chest freezer because I live in the boonies and snatched at a great price. As others said, some minor cosmetic dents but nothing noticeable and definitely nothing that affects performance. Very sizable, runs quietly, keeps my surplus frozen.

Broken
Purchased this not even 6 months and it's not working. How can I get a partial refund or replacement I have to Junk the entire unit and hasn't even serviced us a few months!

Efficient freezer
After reading all the reviews I was very concern about ordering this product, but decided to go for it since I have been wanting a chest freezer for a few years. It arrived with only a minor dent by the control knob.The interior is lined with thin aluminum sheets. So very easy to put dents on the inside. So don't drop any food when putting them in.Outside wall seem to also be easily dent. For the price I was expecting a bit more robustly constructed with material that is more resistant to dents and scratches.However, functionally it seems to be a very efficient freezer. I have mine set to 3 and it keep the food frozen with the pump running infrequently.

Spacious fast freeze chest
The chest is BIG and fits tons of product inside. I was able to store the whole carcas of a cow and then have more space left. It cools to the 0F in a few hrs and keeps the t. Two lids on top helps to access the inside in a quick and efficient manner.

Another dented unit
I read about all the reviews of people receiving a dented unit and I thought well it probably won't happen to me. So when the guys came with the delivery I carefully inspected the box and I wouldn't sign until we unpacked it and everything looks great. I signed and they left, the delivery guys were great.Then when I removed the Styrofoam edges there was a big old dent. Since the box was not damaged and the Styrofoam was not damaged that means that it was already dented whenever it was packed. So I believe that the factory intentionally shipped a dented unit.However it seems to be working fine so we are just going to live with this but it's very disappointing.
