I like the appetite suppressing factor and energy but no weight loss...
I exercise 5-6 days/week and eat a very healthy diet, yet I still cannot lose weight, period. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I have found the following: It is a great appetite suppressant. It provides additional energy. I haven't lost any weight. I have noticed a minor and I mean minor inch loss - like 1/4" off in the problem areas. This is my honest review. I will continue to use this product in it's entirety in order to provide a more comprehensive review in the next few weeks. As for losing 1 pound per day, sorry that's just not true at all and should be removed due to false advertising. Also, I have had external factors such as my hormones and thyroid checked to make sure I don't have any underlying issues to my inability to lose weight.... Note: Do not take after 3pm if you go to bed before 11pm as it can keep you awake.

For those who have terrible salty, sugary cravings all day long...
I almost hate to review this because I need Amazon to keep this price the same lol! I've tried so many appetite suppressant pills that I practically have a library of supplements on my counter. I'm terrible at swallowing pills so when I came across these drops I said "why not?" I placed a full dropper under my tongue, kept my tongue lifted for about 2min, then swallowed whatever was left.1. you will experience a weird alcohol taste and slight tingle/burn for about 15sec2. you will get tired to holding your tongue up3. the after taste isn't horrible and it only lasts for a few seconds after you swallow....***Sidebar: that's what she said... :-)I didn't realize that the drops had kicked in until 5hrs later when I realized that I hadn't had anything to eat, no salty/sugary cravings, and that I felt fine. Not full, just.... not hungry. No stomach rumbling, not lightheaded or dizzy at all. I ate something light and had another dropper afterwards and had no appetite again until late that night. The first week I was super busy with work crap, didn't get to the gym AT ALL, stepped on the scale and was down 4lbs. The second week was busier than the first but I made sure to take my drops 3 times per day and I dropped another pound. I'm really, really, REALLY surprised that these ingredients actually work for my crazy, terrible eating habits, and I've vowed to incorporate at least an hour of cardio and 30min of light weights into my daily routine for week 3 so please hold for future updates!

Dramatic Fat Loss With Specific Protocol
This is an excellent product that assists you to lose body fat, but I've found the most dramatic results if you follow a specific protocol. It is best used with what is called the HCG or 500 calorie a day diet. No hormones needed! Just use the drops with this protocol and you will be good to go. Be prepared to follow the full protocol for the best results. This can take 2 months or more, so read this through carefully and commit to it thoroughly first. Google "Dr. Simeons HCG diet" for more specific instructions if needed and substitute these drops for the hormones.Phase 1: ( 2 days) To start, take a picture, measurements, weight, and body fat, and write it down. Now stuff yourself full of high fat food for two days straight while doing the drops 3x a day. Seriously. This builds up your stores of temporary body fat and will keep you sated on the loss phase, as well as train your body to burn body fat. Don't skip this step! Your body will naturally switch from burning the temporary fat storage to burning long term fat stores during the loss phase. So enjoy.Phase 2: ( 3-6 weeks) On day 3, start your fat loss days. You will lose most or all you gained in 2 days over night, literally. Weigh yourself each AM to track your amazing progress. The loss phase includes taking a dropper full of drops under your tongue 3x a day, wait 1/2 hour before food or caffeine, and eat 2 servings of fruit, 2 6 oz servings of raw or steamed veggies - no fats or oils on this phase- and 2 3.5 ounces of lean protein for the day. Best to do drops, fruit in AM, drops, one veggie and protein portion for lunch, another fruit, then drops and for supper last veggie and protein portion. This can be done until you reach goal weight or up to 6 weeks. I also take 2 raspberry ketones twice a day, and take Satiereal Saffron for appetite suppression, and have lost weight consistently each day on these drops, with very little hunger. Increase the drops by one or two drops each time if you get hungry. I find I need less sleep, have better energy, and clearer focus on this phase, but your results will vary. No heavy exercise is recommended with this phase, only some walking or rebounding. Drink lots of water too! Your body will lose the most fat in the first two weeks typically, and may slow down its loss at different points in the protocol to readjust itself, this is normal, and you will lose inches instead of weight at various intervals, but stick to it. I have found that an average loss over the 3-6 weeks ends up being between .6 and .8 pounds per day when all is said and done, even if you go several days without any weight loss, in the end it all works out to this average.When your goal weight is reach. take a new picture, weight, body fat, and body measurements. Celebrate the new you! Now, go off drops and eat 500 calories a day, as you have been doing, for 3 more days to get the drops out of your system.Phase 3: ( 3 weeks) This should be followed by 3 weeks of normal caloric intake ( at least 1500 calories a day) but no sugars, alcohol, starches, or carbs, while the body readjusts to this new weight. Exercise should be added back in at this point. Do not lose weight on this phase. If you do, you are not eating enough. You are trying to stabilize your weight at this phase for long term results, so your goal is not to lose or gain, but maintain. Adjust caloric intake accordingly, but follow the rules. Don't cheat! You're almost there. The hardest part is behind you now.Phase 4: For the rest of your life: Resume normal healthy eating patterns and keep up a healthy eating and exercise routine. Train yourself to see how your body reacts to certain foods such as wheat or dairy and eliminate them if they make you put on weight. You'll lose the most weight and body fat when following this protocol, which was not included in the instructions, but I was already familiar with, so it works great. And the weight stays off!

Didn't work for me
I thought that it was interesting that almost all the 5 star reviews on this product are "people" who gave 5 stars to other products made by the same company. They didn't review anything else???? It's almost as if it's someone in that company that came on here and made up fake reviews. Hmmmm.....I tried this product. Bought it before I really looked into the other reviews/ratings. I put it under my tongue and waited. There is a burning and alcohol smell/taste to it. I wouln't mind that if it worked. Other than adding a nasty taste into my mouth to make me not want something to eat right then - it didn't do anything for my cravings or give me boost in energy.I would not recommend this product.

Down 4lbs in a week
I'm always skeptical when it comes to "lose weight fast" fads, but I recently had a baby and need whatever help I can get to get this weight off. So I ordered hoping it would help take a few pounds off and get me started on the weight loss track. It has a weird after taste so I always have a flavored water near by. With that being said I haven't lost one pound a day since getting it; however, I have lost a total of 4 pounds in a week and that's a start. So I took off a star because of the weight and a star because it's not taking off a pound a day but it does work.
