Very happy with the product! it's made of wool and polyester, comfortable and soft. It doesnt itch my forehead and I'm so happy with that as sometimes I get reaction from wool. I chose this because it was pretty and because I can tighten it a little. I have a head circumference of 54cm so most hats fall on my eyes. I was so hesitant to buy a hat online and get disappointed, but I'm so glad I went for this one and bought it. Also, it's pliable, so I need to find a nice bag its size to store in to keep the hat clean.

Item is very flattering, nicely made and as described. I have a smaller than average head, and find hats hard to fit and look good. Only downside, the packaging for delivery. It arrives as described but unless you have a fabric steam iron, it takes a few days to get the hat back into shape.Otherwise nice Item.

Delivered packed flat which means it is misshapen and doesn’t look anywhere near as beautiful and flattering as the picture, the hat itself is thick good quality material and stitching is good but I couldn’t re-shape it to look crisp with clean lines, the brim just looked wibbly. Overall I was disappointed and returned it.

Very smart warm hat ,ideal for cold days .Material is thick, soft and lovely colour and trimmings . I did find it a little big but managed to adapt it so stayed put when I wear it .

You can move the hat to any position, so I have the bow at the front. Very warm, very on-trend. Delivered promptly, thank you

This hat is very flattering and fits perfectly and getting a lot of compliments about it. Might get a few more colours in it.

Delighted with this lovely autumn/winter hat. So much nicer and more flattering than just a beanie. Not so fancy that it can’t be worn everyday, very practical too!
