Very simple and easy to use. Simply dispense the whitening product into the moulds using the pre loaded syringe, put the moulds in your mouth and switch the device on. Easy to fit into your daily routine. I use this at night when watching TV. Took around 2 weeks but teeth are looking whiter.

The mouth tray is too big that makes me vomit. Even though I managed to keep it for the recommended time every day for 6 days. No changes at all in my teeth colour. Disappointed.

Easy to use for a home kit but definitely not whitening effect on my teeth... I wasn't hoping for Hollywood style bright white teeth at all, but at least some small difference. For me it was a complete waste

There are various kits out there for whitening your teeth, and all of the years I have tried most of them: from pens, sticks, pastes etc, this is a mouth guard that works in conjunction with a UV light. You fill the horseshoe shaped mouthguard, with a special gel (there are three tubes included in the kit and each tube contains enough gel for 2 treatments so 6 in all) and then you attach it to a little circular device which lights up. By holding the mouthguard in place and switching the light on, the UV light activates the teeth whitening chemicals in the gel and will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.I have to say this is one of the more professional kits I’ve used, similar in principal to what some professional teeth whitening companies use. Therefore I am not surprised that results with this are better than usual. Even after 4 treatments several people have asked me “Have you done something with your teeth “? (Which is a polite way of saying my teeth didn’t look clean before!).I would recommend this over other kits especially considering it’s low price point.

Is ok doesn’t really do much is just nice for a refresh but not as happy with this as I was with the toothbrush

I have tried this for 3 days do far but I'm yet to see any difference in the colour of my teeth.It is a 6 day course so I will report back in a further 3 days.

This is my Second purchase of one of these sets!My sister pinched my last light. So it was only fair I brought myself another!Fantastic value for money given the set!Comes with 2 syringes of whitening solution.A mouth guard and the whitening light.The only caution I would advice from using these sets is follow the instructions on how long you leave this solution on your teeth. I learnt the hard way and left it on for too long and spent several days with sensitive teeth unable to eat or drink.This whitening capabilities are second to none impressive.I use these on a weekly basis as a heavy coffee drinker and I'm forever complimented on my nashers!This set is extremely easy to use!Would highly reccomend!Just follow the instructions...
