I started buying this several years ago. Now, it is the only cinnamon I use. We use this for everything from baking to putting it into our coffee when we brew it. There really is a huge difference in the taste between "true cinnamon" and the stuff you buy in the grocery store. This is way better. The taste is much more subtle but also richer and more complex. I really like the foil packaging. It seems to keep it dry and fresh for a long time. I would highly recommend this for anyone interested in trying out true cinnamon.

This is all I buy. If you want an all natural, sweet tasting cinnamon look no further! This stuff is excellent and you won't regret the purchase it is well worth the price.

Not all cinnamon powders are equal and this product proves it. I find that I use a bit less than any recipe calls for. Taste is strong but not overwhelming- highly recommended.

I bought this “Organic Ceylon Cinnamon” when I ran out of another brand I bought here on Amazon. I love fresh Ceylon Cinnamon, and was hoping for the same size that I had bought previously. [my fault for not carefully checking the oz.] The taste was good, but not especially delicious.Personally, I’d recommend this if you just use a little bit of cinnamon, but I use lot’s of cinnamon and I’ll be going back to buying a larger size.

It's my first cinnamon to try in my search. There may be better, however, with the only two (2) comparison to be disappointed in 1.grocery store shaker bottles just not being what 2. cnnamon was in the past.
