I LOVE these pans! I cook everything in them and I never have to use butter or oil in them. The handle never gets hot despite how hot the pan itself gets. And clean up is so easy. The grease, grime, and gunk just slides right off the bottom of the pans. I have not had a chance to do any baking yet but I am sure the baking sheets will be just as awesome. I would recommend these to anyone. A great buy!

On my journey to source non-stick, non-toxic pans, I was lured into HexClad because of their persistent marketing. No where on their website does it say you have to use oil to sautee stick free, only to season the pans. Which I did. And they are indeed NOT stick free at all. $700 for nothing. If youre on a budget and want quality pans that are easy to clean (get stainless steel otherwise) this set is a great option. Has everything you need, plus lids. Technically theyre dishwasher safe but I wash by hand for longevity. I especially like the square pan for more deep dish recipes like egg bite omelettes etc. Beware the pan handle DOES get hot if left on the burner for long enough, use a towel to grab.

I would not buy this product again. Our pans are starting to peel and the non-stick surface is not non-stick any more.

Son gave to me as a mothers day gift, waited till now so I could give an honest review. At 1st I loved it, pans were great first few times then started to stain and not distributing heat evenly. 2nd the large cookie pan I was very disappointed in. The very first time i put it in the oven the bottom came out scratched up! I used my tephlon spatula and 2 streaks of the coating came right off 😡😡. Now as for the pots, deep fryer, and steamer, they have been great but we only use those here and there. Do I feel this product lives up to the name and the hype?? Absolutely NOT, I have gotten way better quality out of my Tasty cooking sets. My son was very upset due to it being the 1st time he was able to buy me something like this. Even though I told him I still love it all and him for the thought he put into it 💜💜 Enough with the mushy, back to the review, I personally wouldn't invest my money. That's just me, I see alot of others that love theirs 🤷.

UPDATE 4/23/26 - Very displeased! The non-stick aspect is non-existent... didn't last 6 months! The promise was that these pans could take A LOT without losing aesthetic appeal or the non-stick feature! NOT TRUE: I noticed a change within 4 months (as noted below): by 6 months the coloring of pans could not take moderate heat without A LOT of oil... even with oil, permanent scorches to the surface of pans resulted! FOR THE RECORD: There was no hard or mishandling of pans - pans simply are poorly constructed! Very disappointed! UPDATE (6/21/25) The NON-STICK factor has dwindled a bit after 4 months of use, even with optimal handling care! I'm noticing this with all the pans (i.e., some butter or oil is REQUIRED for some dishes - eggs, steaks, etc.) to prevent burning/sticking). The presentation is still appealing/glossy and holding the 3-stars I gave: I pray that holds up for a few years! All-in-all, I still love using my set. However, I am disappointed that the non-stick feature is not holding up as advertised because that is the main marketing feature for Gotham Steel! February 25, 2025 INITIAL PRESENTATION: I'm impressed: visually stimulating, like fancy attire for my culinary marvels lol! Weight/handling friendly! SET I PURCHASED affords no depth for casseroles and deep frying (the specs before purchase give notice of this, so no biggie). Solution: I ordered a casserole pan, jumbo 5 qrt pan, and lol a stock pot to complete MY SET! INITIAL COMPLAINT: silver edges of my frying pan ALREADY nicked from ONE USE and a washing. This concerns me because it's way too soon for nicks/damage (especially with no harsh handling), and you advertise that it's close to impossible to damage Gotham Steel! Outside of that, not needing as much oil/butter ... (or none at all) was PHENOMENAL! My set is a few days old; therefore I can only (in GOOD FAITH) grant 3 stars! I hope to update my experience before the end of the year!!

I have went through many pot sets and have issues with all them. Stainless steel ones that scorch then porcelain ones that stained...I was sceptic ordering these....and reason I am giving a review is that they are awesome!!! Non stick !!!! Non scorching....easy to clean and really nice looking...only bad thing is handles get hot...I just use an oven mit when removing hot lids...
