This is good scooter for school age children 100-120lbs weight. light weight, easy to carry and good looking. If you are buying it to commute to work and you're over 130lbs then you probably putting yourself at risk. It will stop moving in the middle of your commute. when you're in a rush to attend your job on time and if it gives you trouble the you know how it feels like. good scooter for fun not good for work commute. seller needs to look at it again, do some improvements and then sell it for adult over 150lbs weight. Seller was nice to me, gave me a replacement and still it is not working for me. I appreciate seller's professionalism. Thanks.

We had purchased two of these scooters with the intention of having our two daughters ride them to and from school which is about half a mile from our house. The scooters arrived sooner than expected which was great however, once we opened the packages the frustrations began. The first scooter we noticed that the rear fender brake was very loose to the point that it looked like it would fall off if you touched it. Upon inspection we discovered that the screw holding it on failed and started pushing the non-slip surface up away from the scooter frame. I tried to tighten the screw but it would not grip or tighten and there were no included spare parts for that issue. The second scooter worked for one day and conveniently when my daughters were on their way home from school it died and no longer worked. Again, upon inspection and verifying that the battery was fully charged there was still no luck. I noticed the battery cover on the bottom of the scooter was missing two out of three screws and was ajar which again there were no included spare parts to fix that. Over all the scooter seems sturdy but the lack of attention to detail in making sure that the screws are tight makes me wonder what else was overlooked.......Update...... We tried to return the scooters but the company refused to pay for shipping back and insisted that we cover those charges. It was going to cost me an arm and a leg to ship two 20LB lithium-ion battery scooters across country to Virginia. I decided to get Amazon involved at this point and after one call from Amazon saying that if they do not cover the charges then they will be banned from selling products; they agreed to cover the shipping. Here is the catch even though they are now covering the costs to ship, conveniently the scooters cannot be dropped off at any location because the batteries exceed their shipping limits. So, I was given only one option to drive one hour and ten minutes to the nearest FedEx Ground distribution facility and drop them off there. My advice, stay away from this company they are complete and utter imbeciles that do not care about costumers or their quality of products.

Kick stand fell off, the red parts of lights and encasings are always breaking. Bought the warranty and still waiting for the paperwork we have asked for 5 times.

Better than I expected for the price. Very quick in mode 3, mode 1 is great for crowds, Mode 2 is a mellow cruising speed. Easy, quick change. The motor brake is awesome. Light weight, easy to fold and pick up, like for stairs, or taking it to the corner store. The front headlight helps in the dark, but the back light will probably fall off at the first bump, like mine did. That's the only demerit I can think of. Charging is straight forward, I like the colored indicator lights.Red = charging, green = go!

I only had for 2 weeks and the motor is already going out. The emergency brake engages while riding.
