I have not seen a difference at this point. It has only been 2 weeks, but have noticed no appreciable difference in appetite or weight. I will use both bottles before I really commit to an opinion.

Used this for 2 months and lost 13 lbs. No side effects. Great! Third month, they changed the pill. It was previously a solid, oval shape. Then it was a clear capsule filled with a brownish substance. It caused stomach discomfort, and my stool was either very hard to pass, or very loose (sorry to be graphic, but need to tell the facts!). I stopped taking it and threw away 2 weeks of pills. Has anyone else experienced this? I would love to know why they changed the product.

Let me start by saying my expectations weren't high. Having said that, I have been using Luminae for a little over two weeks so far and wow! For what is a very short amount of time in my opinion, I've not only noticed that I no longer crave those sugary goodies but there is no jittery feeling that I've had trying other products. The one thing that I noticed the most, having to keep pulling up the new jeans that I just got right before ordering Luminae. Guess I should have waited but now I get to shop for more, though I think I'll wait until I've reached my goals with Luminae first.

I've tried a lot of different things to get my weight under control. I've been taking Luminae for about a month now and while I haven't stepped on the scale yet, I have noticed a few things. My pants seem to fit better, I'm sleeping better, I find it easier to bypass snacks that I once craved. I know it will take some time for my body to heal and the weight to start shifting and coming off, but so far I'm very happy with what I'm feeling and seeing. Will continue to purchase!

I don't often write product reviews, but Luminae has made me so happy that I felt compelled to do so. Since I started taking Luminae approximately two weeks ago, I've lost two pounds. My clothing also fits a little bit better, looser and cozier. In addition, I feel more energized without the jitters that come with typical diet drugs. Anyone who wants to lose weight quickly without going on a crash diet or spending hours working out in the gym should try Luminae, in my opinion.
