Perfect product, very happy with it, light weight, quick drying without damaging my very fine hair.

I researched hairdryers for months and eventually decided to buy this one. I'm so glad I did, I really can't believe the difference it's made to my hair. Before I bought it my hair was dry and frizzy and I bought loads of special shampoos, conditioners etc to try to deal with the problem to no avail. This hairdryer has sorted it, it dries so quickly and my hair is smooth and silky, frizz free. I was amazed the first time I used it and still am every time. I know it's expensive and bits a tad on the heavy size but it's worth it, it's absolutely fantastic.

I was disappointed by the heaviness of this dryer-very hard if you have arthritis. However, I persisted because the results were not bad, All of a sudden, my hair started turning frizzy. I went to my stylist and had her blow dry it in case something was changing with my hair, but it came out perfectly. Checked and its weeks after the warranty. :(

This hairdryer is reasonably lightweight and quite a compact size compared with other dryers I have used. It is very powerful and dries my thick hair much quicker than my old blow dryer. It comes with 2 nozzles but no diffuser, although happily the diffuser from my old blow dryer pushes onto the end. The buttons do not operate vertically (eg slide in an up and down direction on the handle), but click from side to side, which makes them a bit more fiddly to operate and I have to stop blow drying to change a setting. There is a cool shot button, and 2 heat and speed settings. I could find no information about a warranty in the box.

Had this for over 18 months now. Bought it as a gift for my wife. She likes the fact that it dries her hair much faster than her old dryer. It's very easy to use but it's not the lightest. (She tells me).I don't need a hair dryer as mine is a grade 2 clipper job.And I was worried about spending so much money on a hairdryer - but she likes it a lot, and that's the most important thing.

Great for the first 18 months then today the motor slowed and a very strong smell of burning electricals was emitted. Just checking on the warranty and hoping it is still covered. Will update when I find out.
