Practical
Many people in my family are small business owners and don't have the big $$$ security teams that they need. This book is a primer on how all businesses, big and small, can get ahead of the looming security threats they face. I am especially impressed by the professional language provided for unauthorized data transfer process and insider risk analyst job description. VERY practical. This book is a must for businesses that take insider threats seriously --and also for those which don't, but should.

A leadership book
I found this book to be as much about leadership as it is about security. It spends quite a bit of time talking directly to the c-suite about the new roles they need to play if they are going to minimize insider risk while innovating.

A Great learning tool on how to build programs to defend the ongoing data risks and the accelerating challenges the pandemic with new remote working environments and cloud based solution are causing.

Definitive guide to solving the insider threat problem
I've been working with security and technology companies for nearly 15 years and I'm always trying to better understand how different tools work together, how security is evolving, and how to connect the dots between security and business leaders. Inside Jobs was one of the first times I really understood how an "old" problem that's long-been considered handled or solved is really just simmering beneath the surface. I walked away knowing two critical things - first, that insider threats are still very real and, secondly, that there's a better way to solve the problem if people will try something new.

Good read - will be useful
This book is great for any business that's looking to stop cyber threats. It's easy to read and doesn't bog you down with a bunch of security jargon that everyone has different definitions for. There's info for business leaders and the security team. A good primer on insider risk that will help me educate others at my org on how big the problem is.

Great start, and that’s about it
Insider Risk is a huge issue for companies and the author makes a very good case for that. And then he rambles on without adding more insight for scores of pages that follow.
