While these are very trendy and aesthetically pleasing, the glass feel very thin. The outer glass and the handle felt very fragile, and I was nervous even washing these glasses. Nothing was wrong , but they felt entirely too fragile for everyday use. I ended up purchasing another brand (latte style with no handle) and they felt substantially sturdier than these.

I actually bought this mug (actually got two) hoping that it would keep my tea hot for a lot longer than my earthen ware mugs. Well, with the large opening on the top, not so much.However, I discovered a number of other qualities that have made these mugs my absolute favorite tea, hot chocolate, or coffee mugs:1- In spite of the fact that they are made of two walled glass they are very lightweight (premium high strength glass).2- 14 oz.3- The handles stays completely cool when microwaved4- the double wall of the mug keeps the “mug in the mouth” cool even when full of near boiling contents. Truly pleasant to drink from.5- Handle is bug enough to allow all four fingers of my hand to fit comfortably (I wear size large gloves).I can recommend these without reservation as long as you understand that without a lid they cannot be a thermos (which doesn’t bother me, after I learned if the other atributes)!

I purchased the first set of these mugs awhile ago and I used them every single morning for my latte ever since I got them. I ordered another 2 mugs for when we have company. I am so happy with the quality of these mugs. They’re light weight and sturdy. Best part, they always keep my coffee hot without the walls ever feeling hot to the touch. About 6 months after my purchase I noticed water stuck in between the walls of one of the cups as I pulled it out of the dishwasher. I reached out to customer service and they politely told me that the vent probably became damaged in the dishwasher and recommended that I hand wash. They also promptly sent me a replacement. I love how responsive, friendly and easy my interaction with the company was. Makes me wanna buy some more cups in the future as gifts!

Would have liked for it to have been a heavier mug.

Keeps coffee warm longer than any mugs we ever had and they are very light yet strong.

This item is 'exactly' as advertised. At the time of my purchase, I wasn't aware that the layers of glass were as thin as they are. However, they are working well, but I am extremely cognizant that I must handle them gently, as they surely won't hold up to harsh handling when cleaning or banging into other items.

So while I have downsized and still downsizing; I still like pretty things. It doesn't take much these days to make me happy. I know we waste too much , buy too much and I wonder why we have to have bigger and better only to age and grow and realize we don't need all that. Anyway this is part of my happy time during my morning coffee and it didn't cost a lot but it makes me happy.

Muy buenas tazas, al parecer también conservan un poco más tiempo el calor, por lo que la bebida permanece caliente un poco más que en una taza común.Advertencia, lavarropas con cuidado y no chocados con otras tazas incluso al acomodarlas, ya que se revientan.

Preciosas y de buena calidad, el vidrio tiene que ser delgado por el tipo de producto que es y aunque son delicadas se sienten de buena calidad. Llegaron empacadas con un excelente sistema de golpeo. Tienen una capacidad excelente de 400 ml. Las recomiendo ampliamente.
