A year or 2 ago I was recommended this product from a family member and I am very grateful she did. After years of heavy deadlifting and squats my knees started to feel achy and have sharp pains. I started taking this on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and after a week started to notice that my knees just felt better. I could go to the gym and do the workouts that I loved to do with no pain! Whenever I stop taking this, I do notice the aches and pains start coming back. I’ve bought like 7-8 bottles of this which is like $120 so $60 a year for better pain free knees is worth it to me! Upsides -Fast -Effective -Affordable -Actually see results within a week -Easy on the stomach -Might be an HSA eligible product Only downsides: -Tatse like cough syrup -You have to keep taking it -Has Vitamin D in it which is nice, but taking it on an empty stomach will not allow your body to absorb it (you need fat to absorb Vitamin D)

Absolutely the best glucosamine chondroitin supplement I’ve taken. Better than pills. I think this absorbs better into your body than pills do. Love this product. I am a waitress for a living. I Went from super sore and barely standing up straight and dreading going to work to enjoying my life again and walking and standing pretty much like normal after a few weeks of taking this supplement. Highly recommend

Definitely helps with joint pain without sude effects, reasonably priced. Unfortunately I can't find it in local stores. I do like the auto order option so I dont run out.

This is a great option for anyone who struggles to swallow pills or has a sensitive stomach. The taste does have a slight “medicine” flavor, but it’s nowhere near as strong as liquid cold medicine and honestly, the benefits make it worth it. I used to take the pill version for my knees, as recommended by my orthopedic doctor, but I stopped because they made me nauseous. This liquid version doesn’t upset my stomach at all. Such a relief! Somewhat costly because one bottle doesn’t last a month, but it’s much easier option for anyone who has trouble with traditional supplements.

I bought this because of the high level of glucosamine and chondroitin per dose. Taste is tolerable. It does taste like cough syrup but is easier than adding more pills to swallow. Going forward, I am buying it from Costco because it is cheaper, and members get free shipping.

I don’t know if this stuff works or not since this is my first day. But the taste is horrendous. Says it’s berry flavored but I have never had any berries that taste like that. Yuck. Going to have to add some kind of flavoring to it in order to drink it.

I take this on a regular basis and my joints feel brand new. It really helps with stiffness and joint lubrication so they are no longer painful.

I have been using this products for many years. I ordered 5 bottles from Amazon. This time I was disappointed. Even though the expiry date is October 2026, but it tastes very bitter and sweet and the colour is very dark. This time made me wonder if I should trust Amazon in the future.

The liquid glucosamine, along with Chondroitin and MSM is good for joints; however, the Chondroitin is not made from vegetarian source(s). The main Amazon site says the Chondroitin in it is from beef and pork. The seller should not say it is a vegetarian product.
