Q: It seems that the speaker has the auto-power off function,how about it?can i remove that?i want to leave it on all the time

I bought mine at the end of May 2020 and it will automatically shut off, but ONLY if the speaker is not receiving any input from the audio source. if my speaker is receiving an input, it will play from 100% charge until it is dead. However, if I have it linked to something and pause the audio source, after several minutes of no input, it will shut down to save power. I personally like that feature because otherwise it would be dead most of the time when I was ready to use it, so it is a bonus for me.

Q: How can I remove the prompt voice like 'bluetooth mode,pairing',it's really annoying?

I just contacted support by email and requested the prompt be removed "support@dossav.com". They sent me an attached file with instructions. Copy the attached file and paste onto a mini SD card. Turn on the speaker (not connected to any bluetooth) and insert the mini SD card upside down, a green light will flash and eventually speaker will turn off on it's own. Works great! I would imagine some buyers would like to have a prompt for when the speaker is connected and disconnected of when the speaker is turned on, so removing the prompts for all speakers may not be a good thing. DOSS SoundBox support is very supportive to meet your needs as well as Amazon. GREAT SPEAKER for the price.

Q: Can I plug it into an MP3 player to play music?

yes, correct; also, if your MP3 player has a blue-tooth can connect wireless too.

Q: Can I keep it plugged in so I don't have to worry about the battery running out?

The User Guide (not User Manual) includes battery tips and suggest not leaving speaker plugged in all the time to preserve battery life.
