11yr old loves it
Bought as a birthday gift. Contains lots of bits, and the chain/padlock trick is the clear winner (in our house). Some tricks are complicated, but several are pretty good with a bit of practice. Great item.

DVD doesn’t work
Overall the product is great. However, I purchased twice because the included DVD does not work. Tried in three different DVD players and each time it gives a Disc Error message and says that the disc is not capable of playback. We returned the first kit and the DVD wouldn’t play with second kit either. I would rate 5 stars if the DVD worked.

My son loved it
Bought it for my sons 11th Bday - wasnt too sure if it would be any good having read some reviews but he loved it. Simple tricks with a helpful CD that brings it into reality for him.

Marvin's Magic Bag of Tricks - a Good Gift Idea
I have not yet opened this toy because I plan to use it as a gift. The only reason I wouldn't rate it as a "5" is that the box does not contain the items pictured in the illustration.
