I love this chair. The color is spot on with the picture shown. Durable and very comfy. Not too soft and not too firm. It fits Me (mom) and my Mastiff-pit. Back pillow is removable but the bottom cushion is velcroed to the chair. I would to prefer to be able to flip the bottom cushion occasionally for even wear however the chair is not designed that way. I gave it five stars anyways for two reasons 1. That is just a personal preference not a design flaw. 2. The bottom cushion has a front panel, back panel and a side panel for depth. It is that side panel that just may give the illusion of even wear.

Was a little nervous ordering furniture through Amazon - I’ve been eyeing this for a long time for my meditation room and I finally pulled the trigger! Received messages and calls immediately from the seller Dolonm to confirm the order and arrange for delivery date. Very professional and trustworthy, they thought there might be a delay because of the truck driver shortage but it arrived early and very professional delivery! Fully assembled so I canceled the add on to have Amazon come assemble for free. All around I’m extremely happy and so is my cat! I realize this will probably be her new bed and I’ll have to fight her for it lol! Person and cat approved! High quality and comfy! Thanks Amazon and Dolonm for making it a pleasure to buy furniture online!

I have bought this product few days ago. It is one of the best furniture pieces I bought. The packaging is excellent and it was easy to be assembled. The fabric quality is high. I am planning to buy an extra one.

This is a nice accent chair, it fits nicely in a relatively small space. It’s very comfortable and was pretty easy to assemble.

It really is a beautiful piece of furniture but very expensive. Finally getting used to sitting comfortably on it. Because it’s so rounded and the material is velvety, you tend to slip. Probably would buy again.

I waited so long to receive this package and when I finally got it and put it together, it IS a cute chair HOWEVER please note this chair has no legs and is almost on the ground, the only thing preventing it from sitting flush on the ground is the swivel so this is definitely not a chair for tall people or even average size . I’m 5’ 7” and it is very low in comparison to the rest of my furniture which makes my seating look very awkward. The seller refuses to pay to have it shipped back and refunded, they only offered me $50 partial refund when I spent $581!!!

It is a beautiful chair, it just does not have a tall enough back for adequate support. The goal was to use this chair in my home office. The dimensions described on the website are not accurate. When I tried to return the chair, they offered a 30% discount but pay a shipping fee. when that was declined to offered for me to keep the chair at half price because as they said I was their "VIP" customer. Unless using this chair for someone who is the height of a toddler or for an animal to lay on, do not order. They need to update their specs and don't make this chair look like something that can be sat in in.UPDATE: We updated the overall rating--The seller provided us a full refund so in all fairness we are pleased with the customer service that was provided.

Never-ending satisfaction from customer service to the item itself. First of all, estimated time of delivery was between October 29- November 10 but the item arrived 4 days after our purchase. Wasn’t that amazing?! Dolomn seller’s responsiveness to our questions and concerns about the product’s phenomenal! Color and size are very true to how it was described. Fancy looking, cute, and comfortable lounge chair! You won’t regret it!
