Best camera I've had!
I bought this back in 2019 and best investment I ever made! Saved me twice when I got hit two different times. This last time in 2023 when my car got totaled included. The two faced tape included when bought wasn't good but that was it. Otherwise worked flawlessly for the 5 years it was in that vehicle. I was sure to remove it from that vehicle to put in my next! I have a newer V1 Pro in my other vehicle as well and has been great as well! Will always have Rexing Products

Great camera that lasted me 5 years.
This was a great camera that lasted me five years. Would be 5 stars but there were times that the camera didn't not turn on when I turned the car on. I had it powered through the cig lighter in the car.The reason I finally replaced it was because the camera would quit recording after ~20 seconds or so. I told customer service and they said it was a hardware issue and the camera needed to be replaced. They offered me $60 off a new camera even though my warranty expired. I decided to go to a different brand but my rexing served me well.

Opened device
When I received the device it was an open unsealed box sold to me as ‘new’. Upon getting it to their notice they denied everything and sent me a device which was used at least for a year. The camera properties and chip details say everything. Very disappointed in the product and rexing usa store. Never buying here again.

A great Dual camera dash cam
This is my 4'th purchased Rexing dashcam. Now replacing my front dashcam so it can record both front and rear. Second dashcam was for my wife. She did not want one until I caught a hit and run person at the gas station with my dash cam. Third dashcam was given as a gift since I've been so happy with Rexing. Menus and options are very easy to use and understand. Really like to be able to switch between multi view, front and rear view, but will probably just leave it at rear view. You can also just turn it off. Recording sound can be turned on/off. Has a built in GPS but don' think it's an important feature for me. Guess it would be good for businesses to keep track of their employees. Very nice that it auto sets date and time.Only improvement that could be done would be to make the main power cable a foot longer, like it was on previous model. The rear view camera had a plenty long enough cable at least for my crossover.

Consider Dash Cams "Consumables"
Mine needs to be replaced now after five years, but it was in use for about 28k miles in the Northeast and mostly parked in the shade so it had very little exposure to extreme heat. So if you're an average mileage driver with about 15k a year, this would last under two years. The power button actually died at least a couple of years ago--not sure when because I didn't try to use it and the camera kept working since the camera was stuck in the "on" condition. I was okay so long as I didn't need to use the power button. And then recently I noticed some recordings were corrupted. I reformatted the memory card but it just kept getting worse, now the thing is just dead. What I found as I researched for another dash cam is they all, even those with good reviews, tend to fail more often than what would be expected of a camera. These dash cams are just consumable/disposables, regardless of price. I noticed it's the same with my automatic soap dispensers and some other smaller off brand electronic items, they tend to last only a few months to little over a year.
