Yes, I should have paid more attention to the serving on the label but I focused on the 1000mg on the label. In reality an average man 75kg or above needs 3000mg of L-arginine to really benefit from its effect. This product compared to other brands claims to give the user 1000mg per serving. It will require 6 tablets to really get the most out of it and that will leave you with 16.6666+ servings per container. Although the price is low, one is likely to drain a container very quickly.

Using these daily but waiting for any change on my muscles
