Filii - Dreamland Farm House for 12"" Doll House - White / Grey & Beauty Accessories Set

This is a beautiful doll house with adorable little details. It is wood, although seems super delicate and may not withstand a lot of abuse...definitely would suit a more gentle child who is going to take good care of it. Assembly seemed fairly easy although it does take a handy person to put together (I am not very handy and would not have been able to assemble myself). My husband said the directions were easy to follow compared to some of the other items we have assembled this year that have been disastrous. All the parts were in the box and there are stickers that are placed on the dollhouse (that part I was obviously able to handle just fine on my own!).This is a bit higher in price, however the look on my 3 yr old nieces face was priceless when she saw this and I believe it is worth every penny. This dollhouse resembles one I’ve had my eye on at Potteryy Barn and that one was priced MUCH higher.

This is a beautiful farmhouse dollhouse. It is a tremendous value considering similar farmhouse dollhouses sell for more than twice as much.It was not overly difficult to put together. There were a few alignment challenges but, with a bit of work, it went together fine. It took about 45 minutes to put together by myself. Once together, my kids fell in love with it. It is a really giant dollhouse. It is made of real wood and it seems like it will hold up well. It may require a bit of reinforcement. The detail work is really cute and it comes with a ton of furniture and accessories.You never know exactly what sort of dolls some of these houses were built for but these were clearly build with Barbies in mind. They fit perfectly!

This was a very nice dollhouse. My kids liked it a lot. It seems like it is well made.It was fun for them to play with. They liked the rooms and the furniture. It is cute that it has something for horses next to it because they put all their pony dolls there. It seems like it is better quality than a lot of them. They have not had a problem with it at all.It looks very nice. It is very pretty in the room. We have it in a common room.The only reason I took off a star was it was a little tricky to put together. There were a few parts where the screws didn't fit quite perfectly. My husband is very handy, so he had no problem and it's fine, but someone who is less handy might have more of a problem.Overall, the kids liked it a lot. I would recommend it.

I've put together a number of doll houses, and this is medium quality. Some of the screws are a bit hard to access when assembling. This is made from printed stickers that are placed on particle board. You can't move this around much, and it can't take much abuse. This might barely last a year in my house. I'd actually say "don't buy" for my use, but if you are careful -- and look closely at the designs, there's some rooms that are more whimsical, and some that look like modern kitchens -- your kid might be satisfied. You need a really tiny screwdriver to attached the 2 gates, but then those gates will also rip out.

Everything seems high quality and complete. Box is huge! You may need help bringing it into the house. This house is scaled for 12" or 1/6 scale dolls and figures. So your Barbies are compatible, as well as your GI Joes from the 70's. LOL! Colors are vibrant and the accessories are top notch. This is real wood, not MDF, particle board, or plastic. We have not assembled it yet, but once we do, we'll update with pictures. 5-Stars!

This is the centerpiece of our 3 year old daughter’s room. This farm house doll house is perfect because each compartment is spacious enough to fit a variety of props and toys. She can take cars, lego builds, stuffed animals, etc. and put them inside this doll house. This is so much better than the small ones.It’s also very nice that it’s made of wood, not plastic.

This is very cute and my daughter likes it, I am just thinking it will not last as long because it doesn't seem to be that high of quality. I know how my kids are with toys and even the plastic ones sometimes don't last. The assembly was not too difficult and the placing of stickers is not my favorite thing to do. Overall, it is a nice little house for a child who is gentle with their toys.

Have your own farmhouse in less than an hour build time.Once it is together it is sturdy for child play.The particle board is overlaid with sticker decals.There is nice attention to details and every thing is smooth.The granddaughter love to come over and play with this.
