No directions or paperwork or warrenty information is included. The box gives general instructions but nothing specific as to how to operate the features. A drawback for someone like me. Also it is larger than it appeared in the photo. Would have liked it to be smaller in scale. I got it for the living room end table. It was the only one I could find in beige and it does look like it belongs in a hospital.

What can I say...it works just fine!
What can I say...it works just fine! Dialing buttons light up and are larger then normal. Oh, that's right, to hang on the wall, I did buy a shorter phone line, to fit when wrapped internally.

Good basic phone
This phone helped my parent who is in assisted living. It is basic and the volume works well. It isn't complicated.

easy to use for my elderly mother
No frills, non confusing, easy to use for my elderly mother. She can't accidentally turn off the ringer also which is a plus.
