Good grip
They do the job. I can't grip anything without em...

Very good but there's some room for improvement
I've tried most popular styles of straps and these are my go-to for normal bodybuilding type use. I can't speak to power lifting, as that's not my goal, just looking for better back activation and preservation of grip after the opening heavy lifts. Wish these were slightly longer (an inch might do it?) for an easier setup on thicker bars/landmine grip. These don't loosen up quickly like a pure canvas strap and the "tongue" of the teardrop doesn't really wear into the circular shape I'm craving either. You can probably expect to have to do some two handed strapping-in unfortunately, but that's still not a deal killer for me, as the convenience is definitely real. I use the grippy side without issue.

they worked great. I used the sticky side for heavy pulls
I've only used these straps once, and it did take me a little while to figure out how to work with them, but once I figured that out, they worked great. I used the sticky side for heavy pulls, and the not sticky side for a snatch complex, and they were perfect. The sticky side allowed me to keep a firm grip on the bar for the pulls, and the non-sticky side allowed me to perform a lengthy complex without having to stop to regrip or set the bar down and they also allow the bar to spin properly without digging into my wrists. Love them!

Hand strength.
I’ve started working out at the neighborhood gym & my trainer recommended these to help my grip. Because I have carpal tunnel & arthritis in both of my hands. (35 years as a dental assistant). My hands before I started to use them where “very” fatigued after a work out. Not so much now.

Giving it Five stars because they work well and feel good to. But I honestly don't use the extra grip side. I thought I was and it seemed like a great idea but, I'm perfectly fine with the nylon side. Don't see the need of giving less stars for not liking what they clearly advertised. Looks like they will last a long time. Only use them sparingly when doing Heavy Deadlifts, Snatch pulls, and Snatch complexes.

Awesome grip
I like the double sided grip. They are nice and sturdy and provide a great grip. Using them for Oly lifting - clean pulls, snatch pulls.

It works
Smaller than expected. But overall good quality.

The bee’s knees
Awesome. Been using wraps off and on for 20 years. Mostly too long and take too much time screwing with them to get them just right. These are a game changer. Short, grippy, straight to the point. Love these things. Wonderful for strong man type stuff.

Best value oly weightlifting straps
I've used weightlifting straps like these ("triangle design") from hookgrip, 646 weightlifting and from a leathermaker that custom made them, and these are undeniably the best value of them all. I am regularly pulling north of 200kg/440lbs and there has been absolutely no breakdown in quality and they look basically the same as when I bought them a couple months ago. Great product, I couldn't be more pleased.

Hard to get strap around bar
Very hard to wrap this around the bar because of the small little grip dots, especially if you have smaller hands. The bar felt much thicker with this strap. I would not recommend using this for Oly Lifting unless you don't mind the having the bar land on your head. I just ended up sticking to my normal weightlifting straps. Good concept but not practical.

The padding at the wrist is nice, but the straps are too stiff
I bought these because I forgot my other straps at the gym and they went missing. I'd thought of getting "better" straps than I had before, particularly with padding at the wrist, since my old ones sometimes dug into my hands quite a bit.I've been using these for about a month now. The padding at the wrist is nice, but the straps are too stiff, which makes it hard and time-consuming to wrap them around the bar. The silicone side is also silly and unnecessary, and it sticks to the bar too much, so I'll never use it. I prefer basic loop straps, except maybe with the extra padding at the wrist. I wouldn't recommend these, and I think it will take at least six months for them to break in sufficiently to wrap around the bar easily.

Three Stars
That extra rubber grip actually makes them worse :/
