Happy with sound, would have given 5 starts only if the mobile app could connect to the WiFi as mentioned.

Quality product. But bass needs to be enhanced.

Sound quality, for family entertainments

I was a bit worried about this product, since I couldn't personally check it out in a store. Some of the reviews mentioned that the sound is not as awesome as it should have been, and that the bass is excessive. However, after using the set I've no complaint so far. The sound quality is clear, deep and really amazing, the bass is perfect for my standard sized bedroom (may be a bit insufficient for a 20X10 living room), but overall value for money. This is my first Bose product and I'm impressed!

I had two of the Bose Sound Touch 10. One of them got drenched in water and was a write off. Had to get a new one and decided to upgrade to the Sound Touch 20.The sound quality is way better than the ST 10... also the display is very useful to have!

Beautiful product , great sound for a living room

This speaker is great for small to medium size living room, both for listening music and watching movies. Clean bass makes your experience even better. Highly recommended!

Received the unit promptly as advised in good condition in it's original packing. Easy to set up by downloading Bose App on an Iphone with registration. Linked speaker to home Wifi. Some of the music apps are for the Canadian region but there are plenty of Internet stations that can be accessed for music. Bluetooth connectivity is good hence you can pair all your devices to the speaker if required. Smart TV connection is not recommended as this speaker has been built for music, but you can do so through an optical cable via a digital analog audio converter and an AUX cable to the speaker - a bit of a mess with the number of wires to run. The bass on the Bose speaker is substantial and may have to be toned down from the app - depending on your usage.
