Best Drone on the market
Amazing product, easy to unbox, setup and fly. DJI team made the best drone for drone's hobbyist. The combo package is the best as it come with a pouch, 3 batteries, ND filters and spare propellers. I was so impressed by the quality of the photo/video from a 570g drone.

Mavic Air 2 is the best yet, but if you wish to fly in the GTA, Ontario, just buy the Mavic Mini.
If you live in the Greater Toronto Area, may as well forget this one I'm afraid. If you are found flying this without a licence number affixed to the drone and an advanced licence permitting you to fly in controlled airspace, AND written permission for the date and location your flying in... your looking at a fine, jail or both. Just not worth the risk is it.So much potential, a great product from DJi as usual. I wanted to keep it! Just a poor shame Canada drone laws absolutely prohibit its reasonable use outdoors without the advanced RPAS certificate AND written consent from your local airport.Getting advanced certified is nails difficult , but that’s not the real problem. Getting permission 14 days in advance for each and every flight is virtually impossible.I got my licence and requested permission to fly in controlled airspace twice; I've been denied twice.

Not Licenced? Don't buy it.
How screwed up things have become this past year. You must be licenced to use this drone and you had better know all the rules and regulations otherwise expect to have Enforcement Officers from Transport Canada trying to track you don't if any of your footage ends up being noticed or someone complains. Trust me, I was just waiting on my advanced test but what would you know, a neighbour got a request for my contact info. Thing is, I was flying a Mavic Mini as had been a couple others. People are, rightfully, getting angry over the sound of a murder hornet hovering nearby, but hey, you can barely go high enough to not be noticed, and if you buy this drone you're going to want to go higher for the epic pictures you can get, but if you do, be willing to pay $1000 or more in fines if flying for personal use, every time you make a mistake or someone reports you. Turns out the app doesn't list all the no-fly zones either, as It shows me in a nice clear area with all warning layers on. It is wrong as directly across the street would put me within 1km of a helipad at a hospital, so that's a no go.Unless you're willing to do a ton of research each and every time you want to fly, get your licence, notify ATC, and register your drone, Seriously reconsider.I know, it is stupid, this is many times safer than a mini, but it has more restrictions and needs a licence. The government is not playing around when they get complaints now, they will come knocking. Get a mini and go ahead and fly up high, just be safe, because you can do more with the mini and go further with a signal booster on. This drone is neutered by not having external antennas.Get two high-end drones for safety, and you are a criminal. It just takes one neighbour getting annoyed with the buzzing to land you $1000 fine or jail time.If you can't resist, don't share any photos or videos unless completely anonymous.Remember, to fly over people with drones over 250g you need special safety systems that will likely run you more than the drone itself. One year late since the new rules just killed the fun of the hobby for those who flew safe.

Decepcionado
Tengo otro productos DJI, esperaba mucho más de este.He hecho aproximadamente 10 vuelos y he tenido los siguientes problemas.1. Saludos

I owe DJI my livelihood
I owe DJI my livelihood. Seriously, my ROI from their products is like 50k percent or something like that. They never disappoint. This is already my fourth drone, third one from DJI. For me, they are the best brand out there. I use the Mavic mini for places that have more restrictions, but mainly use the Mavic Air.My first drone was the Skydio R1, which I sold about a year ago. It was my first and biggest mistake, honestly. Too expensive and I never got to use most of the custom coding flight modes and other advanced features in any way.But now that I’ve got the Mavic Air 2, I couldn’t be more satisfied. In the drone world, 4k is actually a standard but now it shoots at 60 fps too. This allows me to slow down my footage up to 30-40 percent (very ideal for making hyperlapse videos). By the way, you could shoot hyperlapses in 8k with this drone.I used this mainly for bird’s eye footage of rural properties. Did you know that this is the only model that allows you to shoot 240 fps at 1080p? It allowed me to play around with slow motion like never before, but coupled with the POI 3.0 feature and Adobe premier, I was able to create very dramatic footage of houses, beach houses, even islands.POI 3.0 is essentially a feature that enables the drone to automatically orbit a particular structure or large object (in my case, a house). Really really cool. It helps a lot in enticing online real estate clients. What’s even more impressive is that this drone lasts 34 minutes. With the new Ocusy nc 2.0, it allows me to shoot at 10km range, which I actually put to the test while will head to north of Los Angeles to the desert (see the attached screenshot). They’re not lying. I also tested the ActiveTrack feature, which basically made the drone follow us from a bird’s eye point of view while driving 30 miles per hour (not really useful for my real estate footage but it was so much fun that we gave it a spin). For me, the weight is perfect, it’s fairly light yet not too light that it blows off, which is actually my biggest issue with the Mavic mini, is that the wind makes the footage a little shaky. The Mavic Air 2 is also quite portable. For such a powerhouse, it’s pretty small, just teeny bit bigger than the Mavic Air. And I’m not just talking about the drone but also the other components. This is what I like about DJI. They always try to optimize every part, down to the charges and adapters, everything gets a little smaller. Not only that, but for every new release, they always tweaked just enough that you feel like you’re not stuck in the past. Like they pay attention to every bit of detail. Even the Mavic mini had some improvements over the Mavic Air despite being a more low-end drone. I just love that kind of dedication to a product.

The more I fly the more I love it
I have a big&wide android phone (Sony XZ2P), unfortunately, my phone don't fit into the remote... the holder just need to a a LITTLE bigger!! c'mon DJI!! Nothing I can find online will accommodate my phone's size, instead all air2 remote-holder extensions are just for tablets....The underside of the drone gets VERY hot in a few minutes of me just setting up the drone on my table... not just warm, it's burning HOT!! However, after flying outside, the underside temp is cool and completely fine...This is my update drone from Phantom 3SE. In comparison:- Air 2 blade is pretty thin, BUT it's super low noise! A lot quieter! This is a major plus for me!!- Air 2 also flies smoother, flying dynamics feels different and much improved. Air2 is lighter in weight to my Phantom, but surprisingly it handles the wind better!- Return to home is far more accurate, Air2 lands are within 1m of the landing pad. Old Phantom 3SE landings are within 10m. Huge improvement!- Air2's DJI Fly app is not bad, it's different from Phantom's DJI Go app. In-phone video editing is FAR more capable for Air2! I now can wireless download the 4k-originals from Air2, and create a video using it OR any other picture or video from my phone. None of this was possible with my old Phantom3SE.-------------------Since other review have mentioned on here----------------------Don't forget*** flying the (Mavic Air 2) in Canada requires a Basic Drone Licence & registering the drone with Transport Canad. Very easy online mc test and 5min registration, but please take the time and read thru the regulations on where you are NOT suppose to fly.FOR OTHERS CONSIDERING between the Air 2 vs Mini: just because the Mini does not require a licence and registration to fly (for weight under 250g), it does NOT mean the Mini's not subject to obey the Regulations under Transport Canada. It's still illegal for the Mini to fly near Airport, highways, you still need to notify to fly in National Parks in Canada, and all other no-flying zones marked by Transport Canada. The fines and penalties listed by Transport Canada is pretty hefty!! And I'm sure drone safety laws will get tougher when more people are violating it and not respecting it, and doing so will ruin the fun for all others!!
