My sweet yorkie, Teddy passed away on May 10th in his sleep. My husband and I were devastated. I had ordered this keepsake for a friend when her yorkie died of heart failure and she loved it. I knew my husband would love it too, so I ordered it to surprise him. Joan photoshopped 2 pictures of my little boy and sent an additional picture at no charge. Her work is amazing!!! I was, and am extremely satisfied. I gave it to coworker and good friend who lost her pet of 14 years. The company even upgraded the photo I sent, and it was fit to the frame, they added a special touch by even adding the name of the beloved pet. My wife brought this for me when I lost my dogs. I was lost for words when I opened it because of how thoughtful the gift was. Very nice product and excellent customer service. Got this for a friend who had a dog pass away. The company touched up a photo I sent them and added a personal message. Much more personal than flowers, etc. and a great way to express sympathy for those were their pets are their babies.

Bought two of these as my Dad as well as my son had to put their old dogs down within weeks of each other. Sad time all around. The verse is beautiful. These are precious keepsakes of their beloved dogs.
