This product requires installation
This is an excellent gas cooker. Be aware it will arrive and require some assembly and installation by a qualified gas technician. The gas jets on cooker are set for LPG by default. If you intend to use this appliance on Natural gas then all the nozzles will need to be changed. This includes the ones inside the cooker oven and grill which are not easy to reach. Once changed over the cooker will work perfectly and if looked after will last many years. The free instal service will take time to arrange so do yourself a favour and get a licensed plumber to do it for you when your item arrives. It is worth the extra money for the convenience and being able to use your new cooker straight away. Happy cooking.

The oven doesn’t work and the return process is a nightmare
The over keeps on turning off, seems there is a default, I requested for return and refund however the return process has been a nightmare. The delivery company that Amazon uses is the worst I’ve seen. They don’t confirm time of pick up expecting you to stay the whole day waiting for them to arrive, they come with small car to pick up a big item, or with a big car full of other items so they can’t fit mine. It is so frustrating and disappointing

Booking the “free” install is difficult
Took me at least 3-4 days of trying to get onto all those numbers that are advertised in the ad where you need to contact to schedule a free install. Meanwhile I had the dissatisfaction of trying to avoid an oven that was in the middle of my kitchen. Finally got through to one of the numbers only to be told I had to email my request.Do yourself a favour, if you buy this oven, don’t rely on the sales hype of free install, book your own supplier and budget for it.
