How can I really find out if this works for panic attacks when most reviews have received discounted or free? destroys credibility

I didn't receive any promotion for this, and I can say it seems to be working. I have been taking it for a month and although my anxiety still lingers in the background, I can tolerate it much better and I am not having the panic attacks nearly as much as I was before. I do however take 2 pills in the am and 2 pills in the pm.  So I would say give them a try and see how they work for you. Give it time tho. It takes time for it to run through your system. I read that it can take 2 months for the full effect

Why does this product taste like sweetened milk powder and dissolves on your tongue? It doesn't taste like Ashwagandha at all? I opened the capsule..
